Burnt chips for the poke nachos and the tropical smoothie had an overpowering ginger taste. Asked for a replacement with less ginger and we were told no. Won’t be back.

UPDATE: Essentially, if you have issues and decide to leave a review about your experience, don't expect a resolution. Along with employees being unprofessional, you can add management/corporate to the list. Had I not left a one-star review, they would have been willing to accommodate.

On 3/8/25 at 1:54, I went in and ordered my usual, a large Popeye. Upon getting my smoothie, I put my straw into my drink and it was too thick to even drink from the straw. I went back to the counter and told the cashier about the thickness of the smoothie. The cashier then told her coworker that I would like the smoothie remade because it was too thick. I said that was not necessary; if they could just give me coconut water to water it down a bit. The cashier told me no, they can't do that; they'll just remake it. The girl the cashier was talking to appeared to be immediately annoyed, so I said it's okay, I'll take a refund and just go to the Jax Beach location. After about two minutes, your team lead comes out and says they're not able to do refunds or remake the drink because they did nothing wrong on their end. I stated to her how that's possible when I can't even drink out of the straw because it's too thick. She then said that's policy, but I can give you the manager's email, and maybe she can help you. She wanted me to leave the establishment with no drink and no refund, and if I wanted the drink remade, I had to pay for a new drink. So I asked her for coconut water, and she took about two more minutes to bring that over. It did not help the consistency of the drink; it was still too thick. I took the drink and just walked out. I come to this establishment at least two times a week by myself, and my husband also comes in before work often. I am a paying and tipping customer. To be treated like I am just looking for a handout is beyond embarrassing. This is not the first time the smoothie was too thick. The first time they also had an attitude but still remade it. I’m not a rude customer or someone looking for a hand out. I am a paying customer trying to support a local establishment. Being treated this way by people in the hospitality industry is disappointing to say the least.

I went to the store on 3/1 to buy 2 acai bowls. I often go to this place, and I used to like their acai bowls. The time it takes them to make a bowl is always long, but it was tasty, and nobody was rude there to me before. If there was a mix-up, they always apologized and remade the order.

That Saturday, 3/1, was very different. The lead (she introduced her as such) was unprofessional, did not apologize for the mix up, accused me of taking the bowl, and at the end threw the bowl on the counter and walked away without saying anything. When I started to walk away, she yelled, "You are welcome!"

I was in the store for 45 minutes, nobody was remaking the bowl, it was some mixup between the lead and another employee. I could not wait any longer and asked for a refund since they still did not remake my bowl. Instead, the lead said they cannot refund me. To every request I made at that point, she said no to me.

I emailed and called the store for 10 days now to get a refund, nobody responded.

Employees there need to be trained and mentored. This is very upsetting especially when a young girl treating a customer her mother’s age!

Five girls standing around while one makes food. The girl making my food stopped to take another order at the register and didn’t take off or change her gloves before continuing with my food. More training needed for a raw food restaurant.

I have been here a few times and have had an excellent experience each time.

The poke bowls are delicious, well prepared, satisfying in the selection of toppings, and generous in portion.

The juice is also a fun treat and revitalizing. I had no problems with any wait when when they were busy for lunch.

I did not enjoy this place. Two things that should never be mixed - juice/smoothies/açaí bowls and poke bowls. The smell upon entering was nearly unbearable. Ordering a smoothie bowl with many hints of raw tuna in the air was unsettling to say the least. I considered leaving at this point, but nevertheless, I pushed forward. The bowl combinations and options were…uninspiring. Yet alas, I persisted. Upon receiving my bowl, I observed the lack of integrity in aesthetics. Next, hidden beneath my glob of (I’m gonna guess jiffy or skippy) peanut butter, were my bowl toppings - consisting of a mixture of fresh and frozen? fruits. It all lacked flavor somehow. I considered grabbing a juice from the road, but it seems they only have a small selection of premade options (2), which were very odd combos. They also had a selection of grab n go sake drinks and high noons. I left feeling confused. I will not return.

Just tried this place. Got the original bowl. Delicious! Fresh, huge serving, awesome. If you enjoy fresh fruit, go for it! Comfortable atmosphere. Customer service decent; could be friendlier. Going back next week.

Best poke bowls and smoothies and acai bowls in town with the best staff. Anabelle has checked me out many times and is always on the ball and friendly. She is someone!

I got a build your own Pitaya bowl. It was smoothly blended and had a nice flavor. The toppings were nice but not all the fruit was fresh, which made me wonder if the smoothie part was prepackaged. For the toppings; the mangos were in a syrup, the blueberries were frozen (didn’t bother me) and the kiwi was fresh. I liked the coconut curls the best. Updated from previous review on 2024-10-24

We did an online order of the poke nachos. Normally we love them, but when we opened the container the majority of the wontons were burned. We called to see if we could either get a new batch made or a refund for our order. We were told that the “wonton” guy left for the night and later received a call that a manager stopped by and said the wontons they had that remained looked “fine” so no refund. In the end, we scraped off the toppings and had to place them on tortilla chips we bought from the grocery store. Attached is a photo of the wontons that are “fine”. Apparently this is their standard quality that is deemed acceptable. You may judge for yourself if these are burnt or not. Thankfully there is one that has a slightly normal shade on a portion of it that will give you a point of reference.

Judging by the amount of people in here this afternoon, I would’ve thought this place is great. But, was seriously disappointed by what I received. For $14, I at least expected fresh, thawed out food. Instead, I got completely frozen blueberries (there are beautiful blueberries still in season now) and even frozen almond butter making this the most undesirable and inedible açaí bowl.
