The salmon mixed green & rice Poke bowl was phenomenal! My only regret was not taking a photo of it for this review šŸ˜‚

My friend ordered the cocoa aƧaƭ bowl and loved it. She said the aƧaƭ base was not overly sweet but flavorful!

Highly recommend you check out this place!

The food is great but don’t bother ordering online. Multiple times I’ve done so and watched people place their order after I arrive at the scheduled time for my pickup and receive their food first. They average 20-30 minutes later than their already slow estimates for pickup time.

Every time I come into Fla Juice & Bowl, the poor staff have to apologize because they’re short-staffed again and nothing is working — literally the Wi-Fi has been down all week. You’d think the owners would step in to help, but they’re nowhere to be found and the manager is doing her best to help the customers and staff.

It’s honestly sad because the employees are doing their best, but it’s obvious ownership doesn’t care. Orders take forever, things are constantly ā€œbroken,ā€ and the whole place feels like it’s being run on autopilot. Great idea for a business, terrible leadership on the owners part.

Until ownership helps out and makes this place run smoothly do not waste your time.

There are so many bad things about this place. To start, the service is absolutely horrendous. The big girl at the counter with bangs and glasses was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It also took the girls forever to make the food, and it honestly looked like none of them knew what they were doing. Everyone looked completely miserable to be there. On top of that, the place smells awful, like rancid food, and the smell lingered on my clothes long after I left. It’s also not family-friendly at all. When I went to change my six-month-old’s diaper, I discovered there’s no changing table in the bathroom. The high chairs were wobbly, filthy, and looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in months. If you have a stroller it would be impossible to move throughout most of the restaurant as well because it is so tight.

This place is completely NOT child-friendly and staffed with people who seem allergic to common sense. I ordered a cinnamon fruit toast for my two kids (both under 2), and when it came out, I simply asked for a knife to cut it into smaller pieces. Easy, right? Wrong.
I was told, ā€œOnce it’s given, we can’t take it back.ā€ Excuse me? I hadn’t touched it. Then I was told that next time, I need to specify how I want it cut — like I’m supposed to have psychic powers and know their bizarre rules. When I asked for a refund, suddenly they were able to take it back, remake it, and cut it… but of course, they messed that up too by dumping honey all over it, even though my original order clearly said no honey.
Cleanliness policies are one thing, but basic customer service and common sense are non-existent here. If you have kids, save yourself the headache and skip this place. I won’t be coming back

Tried the San Marco location first and that was good. Can’t say the same for Jax Beach. The girl taking my order was rude. My lettuce was just sad looking and they messed two of our orders. Sad they are not consistent at each location

Management is so horrible! I can’t believe that the workers have to work in that heat! I’m pretty sure that’s illegal. I could barely order my smoothie. I’m pretty sure my smoothie is mixed with sweat. Poor workers!! Need AC or shut down!

The manager needs to understand to not let poor kids work in these conditions. They were practically melting from the heat because there was a lack of air conditioning. In florida it gets too hot especially in a food place to be running around serving people. It is dangerous.

I stopped by earlier and was shocked by how bad the conditions were inside. The AC wasn’t working, and it felt like it was well over 90 degrees in the restaurant. Everyone, staff and customers, looked visibly overheated and miserable. People were sweating through their shirts, and it honestly felt unsafe to even be in there for more than a few minutes.

I understand that sometimes things break, but there didn’t seem to be any urgency to address the problem. It’s not just uncomfortable, it’s a health risk to expect staff to work in that kind of heat or for customers to sit and eat in it.

I hope management sees this and takes it seriously. It’s not fair to the employees or the customers. Nobody should have to work in those conditions.

No meal is worth risking heatstroke.

The poor workers had to suffer in the heat because the air wasn’t fixed! Will not return until fixed.

Just went in to get my usual bowl and everything was just different. It was so hot in there I couldn’t even sit and eat. Had to leave immediately. Feel even worse for those employees

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not go to this place!!! It was extremely hot and disgusting in this establishment. Those poor workers looked like they were about to drop on the slippery floor like dead flies. Speaking of which, as I was walking in I almost slipped and fell. You need to shut this place down or get some serious good ac in there. Unbelievable. Those kids need a raise after working in what felt like hell.
