Tuna poke nachos and the tuna poke bowl are my favorites. Their avocado toast is good too.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Terrible terrible terrible everything. my friend had an online order for an açaí bowl and when she placed it she added almond milk and I guess she didn't de select whole milk. When she got her bowl she realized and politely asked them if there was any way that they could remake the bowl because of her dietary restrictions or if they could do anything about it, she said no. She accepted what the girl said very politely and say back down. Then a different woman was at the register so she asked again if there was anything she could do and the girl said of course. She took the bowl and the receipt back where she told her co workers and they gathered around and stared at us From over the counter. The co workers told her that they couldn't do it and she had to give the bowl back. As the lady brought it back, her co worker were watching from behind the counter to see the reactions. One of them even proceeded to give me a VERY dirty look as I looked back to see them all staring at us. She then proceeded to order a smoothie as she could not eat the bowl and then when she received it, it was nothing like what it was supposed to taste like. We have had the smoothie before so we know what it was supposed to taste like. Not to mention the ample amount of health code violations presented at this establishment. if you have hair past your ears, you should have your hair up and a girl did not, she was also touching it, which is an extreme health code violation. They also Were wearing the same gloves. while they were tapping on screens, washing dishes, and making food. This is disgusting. This establishment should be very heavily reevaluated and a large portion of the staff that was there at about 1 on april 14, 2024 should be fired or at the VERY LEAST retrained.

Today my friend ordered ahead and accidentally ordered with whole milk and almond milk. She has a dietary restriction so she nicely asked for a remake and they said no. I understand it is frustrating as I have worked in a restaurant since I was 14, and I understand it is not a restaurants responsibility, however they were all very judgmental and upset that she would even ask. We watched them all stare at us after they denied doing it for her looking for a reaction. My friend was polite and ordered a smoothie instead. We have had the smoothie before and this smoothie tasted like nothing but milk. I got the a similar smoothie and it actually tasted like fruit. It was just overall not good customer service and could have been dealt with much better. Also, they were touching screens and making food without changing their gloves, had hair down that was past their ears, and some were touching their hair.

The one in jax beach always fails. The food is not good, doesn't taste fresh at all. Their service is terrible, it takes forever and the workers are rude. Coffee is absolutely terrible, the san marco location is much better.

By far the best Poke Bowl I have ever had. When I review food I look at three main things: freshness in taste/look, flavor, and portion size (because I HATE paying for full meals and leaving still hungry…)They knocked all thee out of the park! The Salmon had fabulous texture (not mushy or slimy like some,) the rice was an amazing portion (most poke bowls fall short in this category, which stink because rice is so cheap and filling that it shouldn’t be a problem.) They had an “eel sauce” replica as well as “spicy mayo” replica. They both were delicious. The spicy mayo tasted a bit like “yum-yum” sauce often found at the Japanese’s steakhouses. The veggies were fresh and they gave enough ginger for the whole bowl!! The ginger was probably the best part and it paired so will the portion size because of how much they gave. They topped it with crisp large scallions and toasted sesame seeds. The free toppings that I included were cilantro, cucumber, scallions, ginger, wasabi, and sauces. The price was high as for most poke bowls (about $15- without added toppings) but I didn’t mind in the end because of the portion size. I would have been extremely disappointed had I paid $15 for a small serving, but that was not the case. If you want to add things like avocado, edamame, mango, etc… be prepared to pay closer to $20 or more depending on what and how much you add. I normally have all those additional toppings when ordering poke bowls, but because of the price I decided against them and honestly it was still delicious and didn’t even need all the extras.10/10 stars! Delicious, and I will definitely be back. Don’t forget to grab your free sticker on the way out!!

Love the bowls and toast! Everything here is wonderful and the regular bowls are enough to share! Very high quality fruit and fresh coconut.

Real deal poke nachos! Since coming back to the area, I've been on the hunt for decent poke and poke nachos. My search so far has yielded nothing authentic or halfway decent. However, their poke nachos are the winner. Chips were crispy, flavors were there and fish was fresh!

Love Fla but today was not their day. Not accepting cash due to broken register, out of mango and pineapple. I’ve seen it much busier… Bowl was good as always but I was definitely disappointed walking in.
