I was delighted that a last-minute cancelation by another "catering" company led to chef/caterer Gregory. While communicating was slower than desirable at the beginning, he & his team worked hard to deliver. Once we started planning, he was responsible, responsive, thorough, and kind to make suggestions that fit the context of the occasion without being "selling you the most expensive stuff." He showed up slightly earlier (which I appreciated), ready to roll, and sat up everything to the T! The food was fresh, delicious, and a hit with every single guest. On top of it, he was a gentleman and fair in his pricing. I would/will hire his business again!

I found Gregory Paul’s several years ago when I lived in Jax Beach and could walk to it, and now continue to go back whenever I’m in the area and craving some great chicken salad! I love seeing what other salads, meals, and desserts are available too! I recently tried the BLT salad and it was fabulous! Especially the dressing!! You can follow them on IG to get the weekly menu. A bonus (if you’re eating on the go) is the compostable cutlery and napkins! It’s in a cute little house, with parking right out front. I appreciate the awesome owners and staff and can’t wait to get back!

Very disappointed in the Snapper!! Cooked it according to directions and the texture was pasty with No flavor..A waste of 25.00!!!

He catered for my 50th birthday celebration. It was a small, intimate party and the food was outstanding. He was also able to accommodate several dietary restrictions. Would highly recommend.
Great food to pick up and heat up at home. We rented an apt nearby and just LOVED Gregory Paul's freshly prepared meals. We had the pasta carbonara with chicken, a palm heart salad and black pepper chocolate cookies.
