This is the best smash burger I’ve ever had. Not just in Jax, but anywhere. Fries were perfectly crispy and piping hot as well. Worth every second of where ever you’re traveling from.

Because I love a Smashburger I went back because I am definitely weak when it comes to a good Smashburger. Most everybody there cooking and serving are pretty fantastic which is great news so I guess I will just hope and pray that when I have a craving I catch the good ones and not whoever was Manning the truck the day my food was so terrible.

Decided to stop by and grab a beer at the adjacent Ink Factory Brewing. Best Burger in Jax hands down, if you love smash burgers, look no further! Highly recommend!

The gentleman inside this amazing food truck is one of the most respectful men ever. He made sure we got the full experience of Hard Pressed. Gave us all the sauces to try and great suggestions very satisfied with the food and service.

I don’t know what they do to the fries, but they are seasoned with what I can only assume is fairy dust and pure joy. I found myself guarding my basket like a dragon guarding gold. If a seagull had tried to swoop in, we would have had a serious physical altercation.
Summary: This isn't just a meal; it’s a spiritual experience disguised as a greasy bag of heaven. Bring napkins. Bring an appetite. Maybe bring a bib if you have no shame (like me).

We were here at Ink to try their brews. Awesome selection on the beer menu, tried a berry one that tasted like a smoothie- really good. Great atmosphere, fun place.
