The food is phenomenal, but the service is poor. I have someone in my family that has a serious allergy to onions, everytime I order from here I state do not place onions. It has been more than 4 times that onions have been placed in the food after stating do not place. I have requested in both Spanish & English in person and over the phone, my order has been repeated back to me even correctly, and the food is still prepared with the allergy. It is as if no one is listening and it makes me not want to go again because of the poor service.Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions & food allergies are not considered when ordering. Poor communication/service in the kitchen.

I've had the barbacoa tacos here several times, and they've always been tasty. But last night (3/29/24), something went really wrong. I ended up with 3 barbacoa tacos that were filled mostly with chunks of fat and even some uncooked meat. I don't know if they had a different cook, different meat supplier, who knows...please do quality control! As much as I liked the food before, now I can never come back, because this experience grossed me out so much.

I’ve eaten here so much through the years that I see a pattern. Any extra you ask for eg sour cream, they tee just not going to do it and bet you won’t drive back to a food truck to complain. I did that once and got a free burrito. It’s insulting they think people don’t notice. I SEE YOU! Quit trying to screw people over

Best handmade tortillas, best seasoning, fresh, clean, and the most authentic in Jacksonville. Highly recommend!!!
