This is the worst JJ I’ve ever been to. If you’re in a hurry and thinking, “oh I’ll go to jimmy John’s since they are so fast” think again. They need to rename this one Johnny Jim’s because they’re the opposite over there. I have sat in the drivethru and left after 10+ minutes of being in line on multiple occasions. Save yourself the aggravation and just grab a pub sub down the street.

EVERY TIME I order a sandwich from here via delivery or drive through, EVERY SINGLE TIME it is always completely wrong. It is only correct if you go inside and order. When I have tried numerous times to voice this complaint to staff they NEVER care. I absolutely hate this location. The incompetence or actually just lack of care by the employees makes this place just a waste. Save your money and order inside only or go to a different location.

Overall good food, service though not good. Never get anything extra.asked, top on emphasizing I'll pay for extra. And recently my sub was missing a whole ingredient. I try to give multiple chances but enough is enough after recent trip
Rude female employee. Waited in the drive thru to order 2 regular sandwiches and 3 kid sandwiches and were told we would have to come inside since we were ordering more than 4. We haven’t experienced this at any other Jimmy John’s and would have been okay with it if it weren’t for the attitude from the employee.

This is my nearest Jimmy John’s and I’ve been a fan of the franchise since my college days. Twice I have come to this location craving a sub and they have been out of bread. This is two separate dates months apart and the primary purpose of this restaurant is sandwiches. You know, the things with bread.
A third time I waited at the drive through for at least 5/7 straight minutes with no response on a day I was in a hurry and the store was supposedly open.
To be fair, there have been a couple of times I was actually able to get a sandwich and when I managed it the sandwich was good and the service was swift. However, I always wonder when I pull up if I’ll actually be getting a sandwich….
Pretty sad when you’re attempting to patronize a sandwich shop.
