We took a close friend out for her birthday. We had drinks, appetizers and entrees. We had a great time! The service was very good too! A casual place with good music.

It was our 34th wedding anniversary. We had such a great time and experience. The food was delicious! And our waiter was the greatest. So personable! Can't remember his name but he was 28. He had the cutest smile and dimples and had the best personality. He had the staff singing happy anniversary and brought us a huge piece of chocolate cake on the house. The crab legs are the best! We will be back! Thanks for a great time!! Pam and John

Went to Joe's Crab Shack to celebrate my girls birthday. Everything was good. As expected, we enjoyed our dinner and the ambiance. Our waitress, McKenna was on point. Overall a good experience. Will go back.

It took almost an hour to be seated for our 8:15 reservation due to being told that another large party was finishing. We could have been seated in other areas, but the hostess did not.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! Toilets didn't flush and paper towel trash can overflowing. Simple fix .... High speed hand air dryer and the ability to open the door with your foot not needing to touch door handle as well as someone to maintain cleanliness checks each hour. Food ordered old bay. We didn't know what sauce to order. Server didn't explain what that would look like or give any suggestions. And didn't come back to check on us until we were almost done picking at it wondering why it was so dry and nasty. We mentioned it when he did come back and he recommended a side of garlic sauce and that is what was needed to make it taste better. The dungeness crab tasted like rubber. Gross. Coconut shrimp lots of batter. My daughter thought it was under cooked. Bahamas Breeze has a wonderful coconut shrimp I was hoping for that quality.

Great food and beach vibes. Food was a perfect temperature and plated well. They were busy, but the time between service check-ins and getting checked out was too long. Will definitely be back again for the great food.

We booked a reservation online about 30 minutes before arriving, but when we got there, we were told we'd have to wait at least another 30 minutes because it was made too recently. If you can't accommodate last-minute reservations, consider disabling them. We did decide to wait and finally got seated. We were a large table of 13 but even so it took a very long time for service. Waters didn't come out until at least 10 minutes after we were seated and the food took forever. We spent at least two hours at the table. And when it came to the food, most was decent, but non-seafood items were overcooked but with the amount of time it was taking we didn't bother to send it back. What was strange is that there were plenty of empty tables and also dirty tables that just stayed that way. This was a terrible experience. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Terrible experience. Tourist trap!!! Food was terrible. Tasted like frozen seafood. Waitress Casey was rude and poor service. Egg was missing on one of the order, they didn't say anything until we asked for it. They brushed it off as run out of eggs. She said maybe we will substitute with sausage? Moment later, she came back and said Manager said can only substitute for potato. Trying to rob customer blind and didn't make it right after confronted. AVOID

Appetizers of Crab dip and Great Balls of Fire were good; however Calamari and Shrimp from Platter were overcooked. The manager did modify the bill and offer us more food.

The food wasn't really anything to be excited about, but the atmosphere and the service were great.

Food was good but the service was not. Actually ate at the bar and thought the service would be spot on but I was wrong.

crab cakes should be called fish cakes. worse crab cakes I ever ate. where did the old owners move to so I can get some good crab cakes. I'll never eat at Joe's again.

Very few restaurants open on Christmas day. Joe's Crab Shack was. Made reservations for 6:30. They offered a turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans with a side of pumpkin pie. I was leery since they are a seafood restaurant. I was NOT disappointed! This was a very good typical Christmas dinner. All from scratch, no processed stuff here. Thank you to the cooks & staff for a very good meal

We had reservations but they were behind and didn’t really have a system to queue reservations so people were coming in after us and taking tables so we left.
