I was very disappointed after visiting this location. I went with my family this was our second time there, and it looks like they've done this before to us, and we totally forgot. However, it should be made aware that gratuity is already added to the bill. Our bill was $70 plus taxes $5.25 and gratuity of $12.60 that was already added to our bill without us knowing. Our waiter did not show us this when we paid up front. We paid, and then when we got home, we saw our receipt that the gratuity was already added, and we added $13 dollars, more meaning our waiter made a total of $25.78 tip. I had asked my husband how much he had paid, and when he told me I said something was not right, we did not eat that much to have spent $100 there. What in the world? Our waiter knew it, and clearly, he didn't care, so he gave us the option of tipping instead of letting us know the tip was already added! The food is great but the tip thing was very disturbing. We spent a total of $101.03 there! How ridiculous! Added fees that we weren't even aware of! He also did this to my sister with her husband, so he made a total of almost $50 on tips from both of us! It's just ridiculous!

We were in Jacksonville Beach for vacation, we were looking for a nice place to eat latin food and we found this gem Los Andes Restaurant. A really nice small place with a menu full of delicious choices. We order Leche de Tigre to starts and it was delicious. Our mean meals were Lechona frita with rice and sweet plantains, lomo saltado, Arroz con mariscos, arroz chaufa and for the kids we got the salchipapas. Everything came out fast and the flavors of the food were outstanding. Perfect portion for the price, for drinks we ordered blackberry juice and guanabana juice. Defenitely recommended and if we come back to the area we will be here again for sure!

Absolutely amazing experience. Came here for lunch and I loved their empanadas. We tried their LOMO SALTADO and chorizo empanadas and they were the best we have ever had. Also tried the lomo saltado entree and chicken and yellow rice lunch plate, both were fantastic! Seasoned extremely well and authentic cuisine. Will recommend this place to all of my friends and family and will 10000% be back!

This place is so good! We got takeout from there and the gentleman recommended their Rotisserie chicken and it was amazing. We also got their version of a Steak Fried Rice and loved that as well. Great portions and super friendly staff!

The menu at Los Andes Marsh Landing has options for any meal of the day. Steak and eggs or tortilla española are great for breakfast or brunch. My favorites are the lomo saltado empanadas, ham croquetas, tallarín saltado, churrasco steak and any chicken dish. Top it off with coffee and chocolate cake or any sweets. The servers Onky, Alejo, Yerry, and Melissa are friendly and attentive and always make great suggestions.

What a hidden gem! We dined in and ordered the lomo saltado, chimichurri steak, and arroz chaupa. Everything was incredible and full of flavor! Tostones were great and the server brought out a piece of yuca for my son to try. We ordered a piece of chocolate cake that was handmade by the owner and it was one of the best I've ever had. My kids went nuts over the food and asked to go back the next day. Staff was incredibly friendly. Will definitely be back.
