You order at the counter and then take your seat. No available tables had been wiped. We were told to just ask someone walking around. Yet no one was out on the floor so we proceeded to sit at a filthy table. Took over 45 minutes just to get our food. Sure the restaurant was a little busy, but with four or five people in the kitchen, I would expect bacon and eggs to come out much quicker. After about 30 minutes we asked about our order and was promised 4 minutes. Took another 15. Food was comparable to Waffle House if that tells you anything, just much more expensive. Very disappointed and wish I would have just asked for a refund and went to waffle house instead.

Only giving 4 Stars on service only because I asked for the goat cheese to be substituted with cheddar but still received the goat cheese. Didn't have time to send it back. Besides that, everything at the table was great!

Parker warmly greeted us as soon as we entered, which was a welcomed surprise. He displayed excellent customer service as he guided us through their menu options. I ordered the "Retro Plate" and their signature "fresh squeezed orange juice." My wife ordered the "Hash Brunch Bowl" and the "orange spice fizz." We also ordered a "cup of grits" to share. Those grits were FIRE! A smooth blend of grits, butter, and cheddar cheese with just the right amount of salt & pepper....perfect! This is the first time my wife has ever tasted grits from a restaurant as good as her own. The smoked bacon with my order was super delicious, and if my wife had not loved her Hash Brunch Bowl so much, it would have never made it out of the restaurant in a doggy bag. The fresh, squeezed OJ was the best I have ever tasted. Also, Parker was on point with every one of his recommendations & suggested a "maple & balsamic" sauce to try with the Hash Brunch Bowl that wasn't half bad. We loved it when the staff read out loud the answer given by each customer to mark their order. The question: "What movie universe would you live in?" The rest of the staff was super friendly and even laughed at our "who made these grits" joke. We will definitely be back!

Food was good, but they seemed to be hella understaffed for the amount of business. Literally out of everything and it even seemed like it never opened all the way. The staff was doing a pretty good job, all things considered.

I think this place completely sucks. We were recommended this breakfast spot by a friend, and we were very excited; but it was a complete disappointment. To start with, the atmosphere is unbearable. It’s so loud and echoing, they could and should invest in some sound-dampening equipment. But I can give them grace for that, because most restaurants don’t bother with that, even though they should. What I won’t give them grace about, is that it’s overpriced, and they didn’t even get our order right; I ordered a sunrise mimosa, got a classic mimosa. I ordered the bluegrass grits bowl, it was missing one of the ingredients listed on the menu. And they don’t even have table service, they make you pick up your dishes and bring them to your table… which could be and would be charming, if my hand didn’t get covered in grits, because they can’t even be bothered to wipe off the bottom of the bowl, they just put it out with grits all on the bottom. I can’t believe I spent $50 here. I will never go again.
