Everyone was extremely nice and generous. They spoiled our dog. The food was beyond amazing and the service was great. It was so good we visited twice while in Jacksonville Beach.

The food is good but the portions tiny. I ordered door dash from here and paid a few dollars for a side of strawberries and literally got a tiny condiment container (like one you get for ketchup) as my container, with like three strawberries in it. What a ripoff. Since being purchased by cracker barrel they skimp to cut costs, the pieces of chicken used to be so big they'd barely fit in your mouth now I get small ones.

Great food and coffee. Name can be deceiving, more than biscuits. Great quick and easy spot for breakfast with plenty of options. Went two days in a row and both meals were excellent quality and service

You order at the counter and then take your seat. No available tables had been wiped. We were told to just ask someone walking around. Yet no one was out on the floor so we proceeded to sit at a filthy table. Took over 45 minutes just to get our food. Sure the restaurant was a little busy, but with four or five people in the kitchen, I would expect bacon and eggs to come out much quicker. After about 30 minutes we asked about our order and was promised 4 minutes. Took another 15. Food was comparable to Waffle House if that tells you anything, just much more expensive. Very disappointed and wish I would have just asked for a refund and went to waffle house instead.

Great experience. I've eaten at the one in Gainesville several times but.... This one is so much better. Love the atmosphere and the service.

Waited 50 minutes for a sausage biscuit! Way under staffed! Alot of mad people waiting forever! Don't waste your time! Wasn't even that crowded..

Only giving 4 Stars on service only because I asked for the goat cheese to be substituted with cheddar but still received the goat cheese. Didn't have time to send it back. Besides that, everything at the table was great!
