The lobby was very nasty and the tables weren't clean some condiments were missing a bunch of young kids in with all the nasty cussing in and out the door but I did understand that they were very busy and just won't go there. No more when it's busy like that with your kids

PM crew on 07/05 unnecessarily LOUD. The guys all goofing around and talking over you when placing an order at the counter so they can finish their convos with the BOH/cook guys, cracking jokes with their buds in the back etc. Unprofessional. Volume control is NEEDED.

The bathroom door was locked with a sign saying “for customers only” and that you had to ask an employee for the key. I had already placed my order and was waiting by the counter, calling out to get help so I could use the restroom.
One employee came over and said she didn’t have the key. I waited another five minutes, then asked a manager. He told the same woman to open it—and she suddenly pulled the key out of her pocket. So she lied to my face and made me wait 10 minutes to use the bathroom.
This is unacceptable. Bathrooms should be open for paying customers. Locking them up like it’s 1950 and making people suffer is absolutely ridiculous.
On top of that, the food was terrible. The onions weren’t chopped—they were just thrown in as big chunks. The buns were not toasted properly. It’s like they don’t care at all about quality or basic standards.
I seriously hope corporate takes a look at what’s happening in this location. This place needs an inspection or retraining ASAP.
