This McDonald's is one of the best in the area. I specifically go out of my way and drive a little further just to come here. Food is always hot and usually fast.

The one complaint I have; they have an elderly woman who appears to be at the very youngest 85+. It's a shame to see such an elderly person being hired at an entry level job. It looks brutal in there, she always seems very overworked.

The elderly lady is very hard working and I can tell she's doing her best, but jeez seeing someone 3x my age working so much for very little is discouraging.

I don’t know what team was working around 1pm at Sunday, 5/18/25, but my food came out very quickly, and very hot! The nuggets were arranged beautifully in the box like they were intentionally organized. Delicious! :)

Prices are absurd. I expect cheaply made plastic poison food to be inexpensive to buy. Your competitors are serving fresh food at lower prices than you.

They slack with the curbside pickup. I work in a demanding field as well so I somewhat get it. But last experience I had I went inside when I selected curbside the lobby wasn’t busy at all the cashier just goes “oh I’ve been meaning to get this out to you.” So why tf didn’t you? You had one customer. 🥲 and my food was cold.

The other McDonald's down the street is waaaay better!
I ask for a simple coffee, cream & sugar outside, they put it inside, then gave me a broken lid, & lukewarm coffee at that .

The lady at the second window tried to give me a rejected sweet tea. We watched as the customer in front of us received a drink for their order. Something was said, the drink was given back. We get to the window and I immediately tell my husband, "If they try to give us that drink- I'm going to request a new one" We locate the rejected drink. It's sitting next to the rotating cup holder that gets filled with drinks. We know it's the rejected drink because when we don't receive our sweet tea for the order and my husband has to request for it, the lady in the window is like, "Oh" Light bulb. Grabs the already filled cup, takes it over to the sweet tea container and gives it a little top off. We couldn't see if the customer had opened the lid and took a sip and that's why it was given back, we have no clue. Sanitation regulations state that once a customer receives the item, you are not to take it back or AT LEAST not give it to ANOTHER customer. Needless to say, when the lady is trying to hand that drink over to my husband, he doesn't take it and request a fresh one. She begrudgingly does so, and when the male manager is asking her what she's doing and why she's doing it, we can't hear her answer, but he kind of gives Her a look. Have better standards.

I order a double quarter pounder with cheese only! The Meat was harder then the bottom of my shoes! Dont sell meat that are sitting in someplace for long time! P.S. THE MEAT WAS SO COLD THAT THE SLICE OF CHEESE DIDNT MELT!!!!

We were dine in. Our food order came out promptly. I have a disabled family member who wanted water. I asked for a courtesy cup of water. I was told by the person behind the counter it would cost me $0.54 cents. I said I ordered food. She said it will still cost me 54 cents. Unacceptable. Shame in you DCC LEE enterprises. Shame on you!!!
