I asked for a water cup and they wanted to charge me .54 cents. On top of that I asked for 2 Buffalo sauces for my 4 sandwiches, and they said I had to pay 25 cents for my 2nd sauce. I've never been treated like this at any mcdonalds. In Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, America. This is crazy.

The food at this location off marsh landing has so far been hot and fresh. And the employees here are polite.

No wait when we went but they were in a hurry to take the order and didn't want to listen, practically shoved the food at us thru the window and didn't even look at us. We waited at the window to ask for some ranch dip and had to yell twice, got the response of "huh?" and one ranch thrust at us thru the window. Skip it and go to Chick FIL A, where it is always their "pleasure".

This location has friendly and efficient morning/breakfast staff, this is the only reason for any stars. Night time, Saturday at 6:30 p.m., the staff was an absolute nightmare. We waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru line, behind only 3 cars. With 10 min ticket times the line was around the building in no time. The girl taking orders had zero sense of urgency and an attitude. Between her and the bulldog manager they couldn't figure out loading or refunding a gift card. This location needs to be monitored while the inside is closed to the public, they are not doing their jobs.
