The server was so bad! She never checked back after a food runner delivers our meal. I had to eat my meal off of a bread plate because she failed to bring an extra plate, which she said she would. No sauce, no drink refills. Eventually a manager came by. Then we gat some sauce, still no extra plate. Not busy, just terrible service! Never again!!!!!!!

From the moment you walk into this cozy, wood-accented restaurant, the warm, inviting atmosphere sets the stage for a memorable dining experience. However, what truly made my recent visit exceptional was the personal attention from Crystal. Despite having had a less than satisfactory experience at another Outback location, the care and attention at this Jacksonville Beach spot more than compensated for it.

Crystal was not just an employee; she was an ambassador of goodwill. She listened attentively to my concerns about previous dining issues, demonstrating genuine concern and a desire to ensure that no one leaves with a less than perfect experience. Her proactive approach in trying to rectify past issues and prevent future ones was commendable. This level of customer service transcends the ordinary; it's the kind that makes you feel valued as a patron.

The food, of course, lived up to the brand's reputation. The steaks were perfectly cooked, the Bloomin' Onion was a delicious start to the meal, and the desserts were delightful. But it was Crystal's service that turned a simple meal into an experience worth repeating. Because of customer service like this, I find myself, along with many others, willing to overlook minor issues and return day after day. The Outback on Third Street isn’t just a place to eat; it’s where you feel cared for, where problems are addressed with sincerity, making it a standout location in the chain.

I needed to use the take out service last week to place an extensive and specific order for someone very tired of hospital food. EVAN was wonderful, he helped me to place the order with the extras that were needed...he was very accommodating, cheerful and just such a nice young man. My relative was very happy with the order...it was perfect!

Had an amazing evening and dinner. Started with the bloomin shrimp which is so good. The bloomin onion spices but on grilled shrimp and that tangy sauce on side. Washed it down with the wallaby darned which is a satisfying frozen drink. Finished it up with the bone in ribeye with bourbon onion. Cooked to perfection and the butter just melted. So good and summer was our server. She was so sweet and kind and was on it. Over all no complaints staff and food were on it. Will come back again soon

Clean, quick, and nice to the dashers. Only issue is that the Togo area is literally 5 feet from the bathrooms. A bit of a sanitary issue, but one that can't be fixed without remodeling

So you had to tye cost of your food when people use delivery like doordash yet cant be bothered to give them silverware, napkins, or even ketchup for their fries.. what cruel joke is this.. would you do the same for your in house guest? That isnt the first time either.. this location is a joke and the management should be fired!

My steak looked like it was a piece cut from a bigger steak

Sandy was the manager on duty today when me and my daughters had an early dinner.

My steakhouse salad came out less than desirable and far less than what I expected. The steak was dry (asked for medium well), cold and was about 4-5 pieces of steak that looked like it was something that had been thrown to the side from another meal earlier in the day. After bringing this to my waitress attention, he got Sandy and Sandy delivered without hesitation by getting me a fresh steak for my salad made fresh and the right way. Unexpectedly she also discounted the salad when I got my check.

THIS is how you redeem yourself and keep a customer coming back. Going above and beyond what the customer expects. Just celebrated NYE at Ruth’s Chris and had awful service and they didn’t even do half of what Sandy did. Thank you for taking pride in service and doing what’s right.

Great potato soup and Caesar salad! The Caesar dressing was not fishy at all and heavy on the garlic, which I like.

Very clean looking, but no one was working at the bar apparently. Hostess’ stood around chatting with each other while allowing me to sit at the bar without telling me no one was working at the bar. So just make sure to let them know you would like to sit at the bar, even if they watch you sit down at the bar. That way they can tell you not to waste your time.

Ordered food from here. Missing half our order. Did not receive any of the toppings, bread, sauces, etc. Food was delivered to the wrong place and the driver would not answer texts or calls. Food came over 45 minutes late and then took longer for us to track down. Tried calling restaurant multiple times and we are only sent to voicemail. Very disappointing.
