I hate pre-tipping. I gave a friendly gratuity and still didn't get chicken on my chicken sandwich. Errors happen, but I gave them a tip and got no chicken. When I called about it they were very nice, but I still have no chicken.

Starting 04/04/2024 they have introduced a new budget friendly menu. Green goddess caprese melt & other last season’s sandwiches are now available in half size. Mac and cheese comes with bacon on top! Pizzas and grain bowls have been removed from the menu.

I placed an order on Friday, June 13 at the drive-through window. I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on asiago bagel. When I got home, I discovered that the breakfast sandwich was on multigrain bread and was a totally different order. It was tomato, avocado, egg, white, and cheese. Apparently the order take her for the drive-through was not paying attention. We go to Panera bread frequently. You need to talk to the order taker and do better in the future.

I've eaten at a Panera forever but never had a salad. Today I had a reward for free salad so ordered the Balsamic grains and chicken with avocado. It was so large and filling and tasted fabulous. The coffee wasn't very hot so the employee immediately made another pot for me. Staff was very nice.

This location isn't the friendliest of all the locations. I went in to buy lunch and wanted to purchase sometime for an elderly gentleman sitting alone in the corner and the cashier became angry and told me they do not support or encourage this kind of thing. I've never mat anyone as uncompassionate as this woman other than her boss who came out to lecture me on giving or being kind to the poor. It made me really sad today to encounter these kind of people in an establishment like this. There were plenty of people sitting around on their laptops so why such hostility toward this poor man I simply don't understand.
A typical location for Panera. Coffee was fine as was the service. But the oatmeal was cold and just mush. Steel cut oats should have some texture. It was 9 am, so they shouldn't have been so overcooked.

Friendly & helpful staff. Our meals were ready quickly and the staff were Friendly and personable.... They & ourselves forgot our cookie though. And it was the kast black & white one too.. oh well hopefully they guy that helped us was able to enjoy it for us.... Will definitely be back
