I placed delivery order from out of town to Baptist Beaches Maternity. ( A THANK YOU GIFT FOR THE NURSES). I am blown away..my ordered was delivered in 10 mins from time I ordered online. Had call that some items were not available but replaced w other cookies. Also doordash called immediately for instructions. Awesome service!!!! ?

Anthony, the team leader was patient and helpful. For the most part the food was good, although my husband’s apple was bruised on several places. I was very disappointed however when the air came out of the vents it was very apparent marijuana fumes were coming through. Obviously people were smoking in the back. I realize Florida has legalized marijuana for medicinal purposes , however my right to breathe clean air was violated. I will not be back.

I love the fresh food Panera offers! So many restaurants add so much salt to the food that when I walk out I feel bloated from salt.. my body is very sensitive to high salt content.. I never have that problem at Paneras! They rarely if ever have made an error on my picky orders.. ❤️❤️❤️ my go to ‘fast food’ place!

On my recent visit to Panera, I opted for an iced Caramel Latte and a toasted Cinnamon Crunch bagel. The latte was quick to arrive but lacked the whipped cream, a small oversight that was promptly addressed. However, the bagel, promised to be ready shortly after my latte, took an unexpectedly long 10 minutes. This extended wait time for a basic bagel, compared to the efficient latte service, left me a bit disappointed. Despite enjoying the flavors, these minor inconveniences contribute to my overall three-star rating for the experience.

This Panera and any Panera seems to be hit or miss but unfortunately more miss than hit lately. With the cost of food these days it not really worth it when you don't get the "good" stuff. You know, the fresher food that doesn't seem to sit in the hot wells cranked up too high. Don't get me wrong I love Panera and it's the only thing I can seem to eat most days because of health issues but this location has lost its love. Come on man. Half filled Mac and cheese, burnt salty soup, sandwiches that are half toasted, mushy and haphazardly thrown together. People are gonna eat this, have you no pride? I get it, the food industry has sucked since COVID and it's not a glamorous job but jeez, have a little more pride in what you put in people's bellies! I know when I prepare people's food, the more effort I put into it the more I like my job. You reap what you sow. So please Panera, have a good hard look at what you're serving people okay? I love your food don't betray me.... I'll still try to eat it because I'm that chicken that won't say anything when I order something and I don't like it. But I might not be returning to this location again.

Well , for the 2nd time this month I got the bread bowl to go and for the 2nd time no bread bowl just the soup .... I suggest always checking your order before you leave .. both times they forgot my bread bowl and gave me chips which I didn't order, I don't seem to have a problem with any other locations just this one and that sucks because it's 2 minutes from my house . Very disappointing ?
Member of the "sip of the month club". Can get a drink every 2 hours, 7 days a week. All for just $10.99 a month.

I ordered two coffee drive through, she said $2 even n when we approached to the windows, she said $3, I said we ordered 2 coffee, she said oh let me make the other one, then she charged me $6. She had no experience serving in drive through. She didn’t say sorry or anything n then closed the window.
