Horrible.. papa johns has fallen off so hard the dough is completely different from what it use to be..the crust use to have some puff to it but now it's like some frozen pizza.. it's sad

Family came over and wanted pizza. I prefer going to mom and pop places but this is what they wanted. We ordered online. Simple pizza and garlic breadsticks. This place is about 5mins from us. My family went and picked it up. Got home and we gave it a look. There was so much grease. The food was cold as well. We had to put it in the oven. For the price we paid we shouldn’t have to reheat it. When we woke up this morning a few of us didn’t feel well. We won’t be giving them any more of our money.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza on Valentine’s Day. The website forced us to have it delivered even though we would have rather just picked it up because we were hungry. Our driver, Michael, delivered it to the wrong house even though they confirmed he had the correct address. When we called, they said they would send it out again and it would get there in 15-20 minutes. Overall, the pizza arrived TWO HOURS LATE, the got our order WRONG, the pizza was COLD, and they didn’t even CUT THE PIZZA!! Horrible service. Thanks for ruining our Valentine’s night!

Ordered the new stuffed crust calzone pizza thru grubhub. Pizza arrived OK but found NO CHEESE what so ever in the edge of the crust.
