Delicious!!

An endless list of flavors. These snowcones are actually addictive but in a good way. They remind me of the snowcones in Bangkok. I usually get the dreamsicle and pina colada together, topped with condensed milk. The condensed milk is the secret to this mix. It makes it creamer and probably why I am addicted to it. This place is great for kids after a long day at the beach.

Being originally from Maryland, sometimes I just have to get my snowball fix. We picked a great one this time. Friendly staff that actually you enough ice and flavor into the snowball a lot of places don't (believe me, I go to a lot of snowball stands everywhere I go) I have no problem saying that you should try this place for yourself I don't think that you will be disappointed

Staff is very kind and friendly! The snack itself is probably one of the best frozen treats I've ever had--soft served stuffed inside a snowcone drizzled with condensed milk is pretty hard to beat.

I usually love coming here with my son, but today I had a really negative experience. While sitting inside with my child (probably between classes), there wasn’t even a piano class going on at the time. Despite that, the teacher came up to me and very rudely demanded that I leave. I agreed, but I needed a moment to gather my belongings, especially with a toddler in tow. Instead of giving me some space, she stood there, staring at me impatiently. Her attitude was cold and dismissive, making me feel uncomfortable and rushed. Then she said, “I will escort you out,” in an unnecessarily harsh tone. The way she spoke and acted was completely out of line—especially since no class was happening, and I was in the process of leaving anyway.

To top it off, it was starting to rain, which only made the situation worse. This was by far the most disrespectful and rude experience I’ve ever had here, and it left a terrible impression.

If they are renting out their space maybe make a clear sign that people are not allowed to go inside or get a teacher that is better at communicating in a professional manner.

Small little place, space is limited as is parking. Service was great, and the food was as well.

Says they close at 10 but teens close the window at 9.

We recently had our 1 year old's birthday party here. Wes was super responsive before hand. Quickly getting back to me about the quote for the party and reaching out the week of the party to go over final details. The party room is really nice with Foosball, a small arcade table, connect four, and a TV with a video game console (Nintendo?). There was a bathroom. Lots of tables and chairs for people to sit. Diana was the Snoball employee who helped our party, and she was so great. She helped me set up and made sure I had enough tables to set up my food. They allowed outside catering. And even helped with a themed sno cone for the party! It was a great experience, and I'd recommend their party room.

Love the flavor options; so many types, kiddie side is perfect. The gummy worms smell like play doh though and taste strange , not sure if they are old or what.

Best after-beach treat in Jax.

Stopped by yesterday. I hadn’t been there in a few years. Had several questions about flavors etc. The girl at the window was awesome! She was super knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I asked her what her name was so I could thank her for her patience with all my questions. What a nice way to end a rough day …with great customer service! Thanks Abby!
