The food here is the best! Every time I here for vacation I make it a point to eat here. I got chicken red curry and spring rolls. 😋

I had dinner here last night, and the food and service were both great. My server Sophia was very helpful with answering questions about the menu. I always have lots of questions when I visit a new place, and she was patient and gave me some good suggestions for what to order.

I come there to pick up an order and they purposely IGNORE me. I say hey like 6 times. And at the end I had to go. 🤦♀️ They're awful.

I ordered takeout from Pinto Thai while visiting Jacksonville and tried the Pad See Ew with tofu and Drunken Noodles with tofu. The food was solid with good flavors overall, and I appreciated the distinct Thai basil in the Drunken Noodles. I was hoping for the traditional wide noodles, but they used a narrower variety, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, both dishes were satisfying, though not particularly memorable.
If you’re in the area and craving Thai food, Pinto Thai is a dependable option. While I’d like to explore other Thai restaurants during my stay, this is a spot I wouldn’t overlook if you’re after a convenient and decent Thai meal.

Table had vegetarian dishes. All of them were delicious.
Owner came out to check on the dishes.
Service was attentive but not intrusive.

Best Thai food in Jax, hands down, no question. Basil fried rice w/chicken is phenomenal. Their food is clearly made with lots of love.

Please stop leaving reviews saying some food place is authentic if you've never had authentic food from that country!
Friendly efficient service. That's where it ends!
My stir fry was in so much juice that everything was boiled, which made The shrimp tasteless.
The green curry soup base I was able to buy was very good but, I was so disappointed by the so called stir fry that I didn't even finish the soup. I was so ready to leave that place. NOT AUTHENTIC THAI AT ALL!
I had a great experience at Pinto Thai Bistro! The food tasted so fresh and came out quickly. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I will be back!

My fiancé and I have been going to Pinto Thai since some of our first dates over five years ago. The food has always been excellent, and the service is next level. Any staff member we have met has been polite, knowledgeable about the menu, and handles even the busiest rushes great!
Whether it be Khao Soi, Pad Thai, any of their delicious curries, or Tom Kha soup, knowing that Ms. Jan puts so much love into her recipes is what has us coming back.
Thank you to Pinto Thai Bistro, the team, and ownership! We appreciate what you are doing 🙏🏼
