Italian ice and basic custard squirrels, it's a formula used across the chain and they do it OK. Don't expect miracles or great taste. You can expect a good dose of artificial colors and plenty of sweeteners.
If you want something healthier, a few blocks north is a high-end supermarket with prepared foods and they have natural and organic frozen treats

Got to this location at 9:53 PM when the website says it closes at 10 went up to the window and some rude old guy slammed a cardboard poster into the window when my mother tried ordering. As a Rita’s employee at a different location in another state this is unacceptable and honestly pathetic. Change the website.
They serve nice quality fruit ice. I enjoy a small two flavor combination such as orange and mango.

I have been going to Rita’s a lot lately with the heat slowly rising! I always enjoy the sugar free choice of the day and get whipped cream added. It’s always delicious and the staff is so sweet. I’ve been several afternoons lately and look forward to going back soon.
I predict this location will not be here in the next 1 to 2 years.
I should have taken a photo, all the ones posted are not accurate. It's very run down, we thought it was closed. The worker had to open the window and yell out at us. The tables have no umbrellas, so that made sitting very hot and the front needs some major upkeep. There is no inside area.
I love the gelati, combo of Italian ice and custard (which is more creamy than ice cream. The Italian ice is made fresh daily. Refreshing and delicious.
Delightful treats every time. The chocolate vanilla twist is my go-to. My niece enjoyed a cotton candy ice with cherries on top and loved it. Staff was super friendly. Never have to guess their hours. My favorite location.
