I stopped by for the first time today through friends' recommendations. Round Bird is your quintessential coffee shop. I loved the vibe. I ordered the Aires latte and a cheese Danish. Wow, the latte and the Danish were amazing. The staff were super pleasant and helpful. Service was quick! If you are looking for a great place to work, study, or hang out, this is a great place!

Preface: I LOVE Round Bird and this experience there has absolutely nothing to do with the food or service.

But...I weep for humanity. Idiocracy is REAL. For example, when some old dude just plops his nasty, bare feet up on a stool less than a foot away from your food on a coffee table and doesn't act like this is 1000% weird. I almost puked on him. Again...I weep for humanity.

Great coffee - I had my standard latte. My husband a pourover. Cozy space, relaxing. We had our grandson and were comfortable having him there.

The ladies behind the counter were so sweet and helpful! My latte was delicious 🤤 The atmosphere was super cute and cozy. I didn't have any food, but I was delightfully surprised that they have vegan and gluten free pastries, and vegetarian meals! I do wish they had vegan meals though 🫤

We visited a few weeks ago. The Coffee was excellent. This place is cozy and what you would expect in a Coffee shop. Good place to study or meet with friends.

The staff was nice and gave us great recommendations. And the owner / manager was there?? He greeted us while filling the drink cooler and also asked how everything was to our liking.

I always seek out local businesses to try when I’m traveling. I could have gone anywhere else, but I chose Round Bird. A friendly greeting to make me feel welcome, and an offer of a nice mug to make me want to stay and relax, would have made me overlook the stale, cold pastry, and weak latte in a paper cup. If you can’t be cheery and ready to welcome customers at 7am, you’re in the wrong line of work.

Such a sweet coffee shop! I highly recommend this place!!

i dont usually write reviews but i just had to for round bird. ive been here so consistently this past week because the staff, service, and ambience has been consistently enjoyable and warm. today was no exception. i asked one of the girls what their go-to drink was and she went above and beyond to write the order on the cup. both of the workers on shift were incredibly incredibly sweet. hands down the best cafe in jax beach!

The coffee and food were ok considering the prices. I would’ve rated it higher if the cashier wasn’t passive aggressive to me and my family. Don’t think I’ll be coming back any time soon.
