Very unpleasant experience. The blonde girl at the till doesn’t greet nor smile at customers, in fact she was very condescending when I asked for a small cappuccino (I think it’s because I didn’t know size in oz) Her attitude was quite humiliating to be honest. I brought my mother in with me and we both walked out in disbelief, oh and I walked out with an espresso shot with a teaspoon of froth on top. I guess that’s because I asked for small cappuccino as I’m not familiar with sizes in oz. she was incredibly unfriendly, so rude barking the sizes you offer in oz. Sorry that I’m not familiar with that, would it really hurt to nicely explain or recommend to a new customer? This was the second time I’ve been served by her and both times have put me off. I will never come back nor recommend.

Delicious coffee and food! Out of this world pecan lavender bar. Highly recommend. More comfortable seating outside would make this coffee shop unbeatable - somewhere you can sit back and relax and enjoy the weather. Thank you around Bird.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service in here is worse everytime I come in. It’s so close to my gym and that is the only reason I occasionally come in. if I’m DESPERATE. Honestly, your servers should learn some people skills and if they don’t enjoy being polite it’s really not the right job for them.

When you walk into this coffee shop you are greeted with twinkling lights and a nice atmosphere. The place is dimly lit but it makes the lights pop more. There are some nice food options but I went solely for a salted caramel latte. The latte was good definitely had a kick to start my day. I will have to come back to try the food!

Excellent coffee shop with a variety of pastries and sweet treats! If you are looking for a place with yummy gluten free baked treats, you need to check this out! I had a blueberry muffin with icing and it was amazing! This place also has multiple sugar free syrups, which is hard to find at the average coffee shop.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan are available here.

This is up there with souther grounds as my favorite coffee shops in Jax! All the coffee options are so good and the food is fantastic . I love the decor and seating options and I really like biking to the location

Really good coffee shop with laid back vibe and not pretentious. Friendly staff and nice selection of various coffees plus baked goods and such. Close to beaches.
Every time I come here, the employees are so standoffish— like I’m coming into their home uninvited. Today I arrived right at open and got a huge glare for it by a girl with blue hair. The door wasn’t even unlocked at 7 am.Also, I had the best pastry of my life here, a creamed horn, and it’s never showed up again. They don’t even know where it came from because they order from bakeries all around town. At least keep a log and instruct your employees on it so they don’t give me the deer in the headlights look when I ask where it came from or when it will be back.And hire kind employees, not just girls with RBF.
