I ordered a chicken and steak bowl and it came with zero steak. When I asked about it, they told me it was “because it’s chicken and steak,” but if I knew I’d be getting maybe three tiny pieces of steak, I would’ve just ordered a full steak bowl.

For the price, it’s disappointing to feel like you’re not getting what you paid for. Quality and portion consistency definitely need improvement.

Sierra Grill in Jacksonville has been a family staple for as long as I can remember. We stop here every single time we pass through, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Their burritos are my personal favorite—perfectly prepared every time, loaded with quality ingredients, and packed with incredible flavor.

The salsa bar and chips are another major highlight. Everything tastes homemade, vibrant, and authentic. It’s the kind of place where the quality never slips, no matter how many years go by.

After decades as a loyal patron, I can confidently say Sierra Grill is one of the best spots around. If you’re anywhere near Jacksonville and craving fresh, satisfying food, this is the place to go!

Black Beans and Rice going back one more time before heading home. The food was really good. If you are in town, great place to order to take out or eat in. You will not be disappointed. I wasn't. I am very picky with what I eat. My stomach can only process certain foods. The staff were polite and friendly.

Customer service is beginning to slip. Customers are no longer greeted when walking in. They have to force their order on the employees. Zero gratefulness when paying. Cleanliness is also taking a dive. See drink counter photo.

Congratulations on 30 years, Sierra Grille! Unfortunately, our recent visit fell short. The surf & turf burritos were disappointing - they weren't grilled, the steak was tough, and there were only 3 small shrimp in each. The cushioned bench seats are also overdue for an update. We hope you'll consider investing in quality control and comfort to enhance the dining experience for your customers.

Ok Mexican with fresh elements buy not as much flavor as expected. Chicken/broccoli burrito was large and good quality. Tortilla chips tasted from a bag and the salsa bar was good. Will try again.
