Tulua Bistro is absolutely amazing. The small Chef's board was more than enough for my daughter and me. It was delicious and our server,Hunter, was one of the best servers I have ever had. A definite must try.

Ok location. Definitely needs a little sprucing up and cleaning up. They shouldn't allow pickup trucks to park on the north end of the plaza where they block traffic and the south end needs to be cleaned up - cigarette butts, trash, etc.Parking gets a little crazy at times.
