I stopped in here to grab an afternoon coffee for my ride back to Georgia and what a disappointment. Although 5 people on staff a single person is making drinks for both Drive Thru and Walkins while at least 2 staff members have time to scroll on their phones. Clearly the sole person making the drinks is new and is quite slow and methodical perhaps this is the sink or swim struggle training program although other staff seem fine to correct drinks but not the person making the drinks. Thank goodness I dont have to deal with these folks on the regular because I certainly wouldn't be returning.

The microaggression displayed by the managers was completely unacceptable. I came in for coffee about 30 minutes before closing, and they refused to accept my $100 bill. I told the employee Emma I would get change and return. I immediately went to a nearby gas station, got change, and came back with time to spare.
When I pulled up to the window to pay for my order, I was ignored while staff inside laughed. The entire interaction is recorded on my Meta glasses, and I fully intend to make this public.
This location and its staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed clear implicit bias toward minorities.
I don’t expect this issue to be addressed seriously because that is the culture at this location. That has not been the first Incident.

On Tuesday, 30 September, 2025 I went to my local Starbucks for a pumpkin spice latte and breakfast item. I inquired about the spiciness of the new Italian sausage sandwich. They were not sure how it would be, so I ordered my usual spinach, feta wrap. When I arrived at the window, the food preparer handed me a free sample of the Italian food bites with my order. The staff were extremely pleased to realize my surprise and happiness that receiving the extra item.
Leona was out here at 5am so cheery and friendly. She was awesome! She even asked us if we were going to go see the sunrise. Super sweet and appreciate her!

I just went through the drive thru. I delt with a young lady named Katie. She was extremely rude. She did not say, hello, Thank you or good bye. Just shoved a tablet in my face to pay with. She did speak enough to ask to leave her a tip though. I will not be returning.
