On Tuesday, 30 September, 2025 I went to my local Starbucks for a pumpkin spice latte and breakfast item. I inquired about the spiciness of the new Italian sausage sandwich. They were not sure how it would be, so I ordered my usual spinach, feta wrap. When I arrived at the window, the food preparer handed me a free sample of the Italian food bites with my order. The staff were extremely pleased to realize my surprise and happiness that receiving the extra item.
I went to work, and the atmosphere was ideal. I ordered the new drink (cherry chai) and it was delicious, but the caramel they made me was the best of any Starbucks in the country. The service was good, but not great. However, even though they were about to close and started cleaning, they never dismissed us.
The employees weren't able to understand me when I was placing my order and It made it difficult to order but it literally took 20 mins just standing in line and another 5mins to place my order correctly.... I don't mind immigrant workers at all and I absolutely don't know how to say this any other way.... They just didn't speak English well enough for customers to properly convey their orders...then i had to wait about 10mins for my coffee.. I really enjoyed...
