I’ve been coming to this wonderful, family-owned sushi spot for the past eight years, and it truly feels like a second home. The food is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared — every bite is a treat. The restaurant is consistently clean and inviting, and the service is genuinely top-notch. The staff are so warm and friendly, they treat you like family from the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find a place with such heart and consistency. Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing sushi and an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

First time here from my trip to Jax and it was beyond spectacular. The best sushi I have ever had and the best service I’ve seen in a while. This place is definitely worth a stop.

The Sushi Palace is a quiet, cozy, and unassuming place with great service and delicious food. I had gyoza, the queen roll, and warm green tea. It was great!

I've been coming here since it opened and have never had a bad experience. In fact it's become a favorite for my husband and our family as it's grown. The sushi is amazing and out little loves the steak and noodles. Definitely try the miyazaki roll!

My fiance and I went to Sushi Palace tonight and totally forgot it was Valentine’s Day. Yes there was a wait but they gave us multiple free items, we told them it wasn’t necessary but they insisted, because of the wait. We totally understood because they phone was always ringing and there were A LOT of to go orders. Unfortunately a few people were rude to the staff due to the wait, even though it was obvious they were insanely busy.

We have been here multiple times whether it was to go or inside. They are always amazing and super friendly.

My family has been coming here probably 15 times a year for like 10 years. ALWAYS great. That is truly saying something!!! …Maybe also says I don’t like to cook

I have been coming here since I was 12 years old (I’m 25 now) and this place has never missed! The food is so so good and always consistent. It is most definitely my favorite spot of sushi in Jacksonville and has reasonable pricing. I order it on uber eats frequently as well and it’s fresh even with delivery. Check them out!!

Normally this place is amazing, However my Fiancé and I ate here Christmas Eve and 30 minutes after eating we both started to have symptoms of food poisoning and have been up all night feeling horrible. Please be careful when eating here it’s hit or miss!
