We have never thrown out sushi in our life. We ordered from this place only because someone gave us a $50 gift card. Since it was new to me, I ordered things I was familiar, mostly specialty rolls. My husband and I have been sushi lovers for at least 15 years, trying places all over the country. I have no idea what meat was in these rolls. I never order salmon on my first visit, working in healthcare and knowing what happens if you eat bad salmon. We ordered 7 rolls (5 specialty rolls and 2 basic), spent $65, the only roll that was edible was the rainbow roll with spicy crab on top, called the rocky mountain roll, the rest of it was nasty, dried out, like it was sitting around for awhile. Maybe that's why it was ready so quick. I had to call to order instead of ordering online because we had a paper gift certificate. She was very pleasant on the phone, said the order would be ready in 20 mins. Order was ready to go when my husband called. the worst part was there were hard crunchy things like bones in some of the rolls and I finally spit it out the 2nd or 3rd time I felt something and it looked like fish scales. So gross. Nice people, very fast, nasty sushi. I should've taken a picture, but all I can send is the picture of what's in the trash! So sad, we've never thrown out sushi, but we didn't want to get sick.

Had sushi here for dinner. Within thirty minutes of leaving started to have food poisoning symptoms. The fish in the sushi gave both me and my Husband Food poisoning. We both will be up all night. Needless to say we will not be returning nor recommend going.

Sushi palace sat my wife and I in a booth right away and took are drink and then food order quickly. Hot sake, miso soup, edamame all before the main course of sushi and sashimi that not only looked very fresh it tasted excellent! The sushi chefs know what they are doing here.
Our favorite local Jax beach sushi, amazing service and feels like home. They know our order and it arrives shortly after being sat! 11/10 ? ? order the Tuna Tataki, always fresh and delicious like everything else!

I always order delivery from Sushi Palace most the time on Fridays or Sundays. Everything about my order is always done to perfection and package with great care. I went this evening to go pick up my food and was greeted by the hostess warmly with my order on the table waiting for me. The staff is exceptional and courteous. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. Keep up the delishious food and amazing quality of ingredients. They still receive five stars for me even though some of the time they don't always have the more unusual items in stock. Uni when they do have it is just better than words can express.Parking: Plenty of parking in the strip mall that it's located in.

Solid fresh consistent Sushi with a personal touch since the day it opened. We go often and have never been disappointed. Small but does a whopping business so the fish gets turned over and owners will not accept anything less than excellent quality from their suppliers. The rest of the menu is just as good. Soup and salad with entrees also fresh with yummy homemade ginger dressing. They worked hard and were busy right through COVID. Great high quality small business worth visiting!
