I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme with CLEAR modifications because I wanted the beef swapped with black beans due to me being a vegetarian. I specifically asked at the window if they modified it and the employee said they made it exactly as stated. When I got home there was beef in my food. I was also missing one of the nacho chips I had ordered. I had already gotten home by then and could not drive the 30 minutes back to show them their mistake. They need to get it together. This is not how you run a restaurant.

wouldnât let me pick up my mobile order along with a separate order at the window. said they were âtoo busyâ even though i already paid for my mobile order. there was only one other car in the line. made us pull back around to pick up my order. staff was really rude.

we went through the drive-through and are missing two tacos that we paid for extra supreme and did not get them. It was only offered coupons if we re-drove through the drive-through, but we did not realize till we got home and are unable to go through the drive-through please contact us if you wanna give us a free Taco Bell.

Do Better, do better. This was what I was give when my lettuce I paid extra for lettuce on two items and this was what was given to me. I had a vagrant accost me and really Taco bell.

Edit: Added a couple new pictures 3 years later and still terrible. Uncooked chalupa bread, and this is the 10th+ time i got skimpy tacos with no meat. Sad this the closest taco bell to the beach.
Prob worst Taco Bell. Got a Mexican pizza, but they put it under all the tacos which smashed the pizza. There was taco stuffing coming out of the poorly wrapped containers inside the bag. Cannot express how disappointed I was finally getting a mexican pizza back and this happened. But hey, at least they gave us napkins.. Take a couple extra seconds wrapping them guys, only one car in the drive thru too.

Waited for an order of 3 for 40 minutes. The staff is completely incompetent, the order was given out to the wrong patron and I had to wait 40 minutes for my order to be given to me correctly.
This is by far the worst experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant the young lady there was extremely rude
