If you want food poisoning, try the Birria! This place is disgusting. Would bet my life health code violations shuts it down within the next 3 months. Super pumped to start my super bowl Sunday throwing up on the toilet!!!! Great job TT!!!!!!

The host was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. This was my first time there. The birria tacos were delicious.

Weak tacos if you’re used to the real stuff. (Street tacos from California) but if you like Taco Bell it’s your place.

Wouldn't have come here because I do not like the laziness of having to order from a kiosk. But a family member took me here to treat me and my husband. Firstly the employees mumbled hello or something when we walked in but acted like we were disturbing their social hour. All just standing around talking together. You have to call one over to get any assistance and they do not have a good attitude about it. The food is mediocre at best. Highly overpriced. Taco shells are all greasy and soggy. Not crunchy AT ALL. Street corn is beyond bland. It tastes like frozen corn heated up with zero seasoning. Not even salt or pepper. We also ate our meal with no drink because they only offer their sugary specialty drinks or something, not even iced tea! I do not understand how these reviews are so high. This is the worst Mexican food in Jax. And to overpay for hardly any food and terrible service. It makes no sense. Just go literally anywhere else for better food and service.

This was my first time at Talkin’ Tacos. My cousin wanted us there for his birthday.

1) Costs: I was a little off put by the costs of the food and drinks. But we were celebrating, so I ordered for my family.

2) Service: you have to order your food from your phone or their kiosk. No waiter but they come and refill drinks or take your trash.

3) Speed of food: my drinks were being brought almost as soon as I sat down after ordering. The food came shortly after. I was very impressed.

4) Taste: the food and drinks were delicious

The staff was really friendly. I would definitely come back. Just got to wait a few paychecks. 😝

Party of 4: 2 kids meals ($8.99 and $7.99) and two taco meals ($15.99). 3 lemonades ($4.99 each). Spent $77.

We ordered a Tuesday special ideal for 2, not knowing that we will be full with just this, we ordered a burrito too that we ended up taking home. The birria tacos were delicious! Very refreshing, not heavy at all. They didnt hold back on stuffing the steak in the Quesabirria either. The staff was super helpful explaining us everything from the start. Also. The place is halal

The manager was great, they understood my concerns and addressed them. However, the meat tasted watered down compared to before, like something in the recipe has changed. Both locations suck just hit the taco trucks better luck

Delicious food! Love the bang bang shrimp tacos. And I also love the taki queso, it’s not too spicy and has a good crunch. The atmosphere is great. The service can be hit or miss. I’ve had great service and also had times they forgot to bring out drinks or had a long wait for the food to come out.

Welcomed in by manager, staff were very helpful and attentive. Quickly brought over our speciality drinks, and a couple minutes more and we started getting our appetizers. No alcohol establishment, but next door is a brewery. Highly recommend trying out in person! A repeat customer for sure.
