Tavern is a great venue with live music, great drinks for amazing deals! My experience was elevated that much more upon discovering that they offer a portable charger phone app! I was able to charge my phone that was on 1%, allowing me to uber home safely and have the security of my phone being charged!!! Charge Up Jax made my experience safe and more enjoyable- a great an innovative addition to the establishment!

Tavern has the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay for “just one more” (and then, you know… one more after that). Cozy, lively, and the perfect mix of music and energy. Bonus points for the free portable phone chargers—because nothing says modern hospitality like making sure your phone survives as long as you do on a night out. 🙌🍻

Usually super fun, I’m just remembering one of the bartenders leaned in after I payed for my overpriced drink and scolded me on not tipping. She said “that’s how we making a living.” Babe why would I tip you for pouring liquid in a cup with a straight ass face?? LMAO I did not tell u to work here 😭 develop a trade and skill!!

Stumbled upon this place and so glad we did. What a great place this is. We were served by Angela and she was above and beyond friendly. Large place with cold drinks and what a great vibe with continuous great music playing. Also, there is a ton to do here. Pool tables, darts, arcade games and more. DJ on weekend nights with fun dancing and continuous great vibe. Looking for fun, stop in here. Great place. We will be back. I highly recommend this place.

My best friend and I visited this bar to celebrate her 27th birthday. After getting a drink, we decided to play darts but noticed there were no darts available. As I went to ask the bar staff for some, a bouncer unexpectedly approached me and instructed me to leave the bar. When I inquired about the reason, he abruptly and violently threw a glass on the floor, which resulted in a severe cut on my leg. I am uncertain if the bouncer was under the influence, but the situation was extremely frightening. I requested to speak with a manager to report the incident, but instead, we were ejected from the premises. Consequently, I filed a report with the police to prevent others from potentially being harmed by this individual. Please exercise caution with the staff at this bar and stay safe!

Idiot bouncer didn’t realize a Puerto Rico ID is a valid US identification. Didn’t expect a Floridian to be the sharpest tool in the shed, but this took me extremely by surprise considering I was there the night before. Hire smarter bouncers!

This is place is extremely racist. If I could I would give it a 0 star. I do not recommend at all. The bouncer allowed so many white males to go in the door sleeveless ; however, my black male friend was told he could not enter. After he told the bouncer he let other males in wearing sleeveless shirts he told my friend go to the back of the club to get in. This is extremely rude and racist knowing that black people were always told to enter in back doors all the time during segregation. He also called my friend an offense word that is used to describe a male that likes that same sex.My friend is apart of the LGBTQ community and this is not acceptable. I do not think this place is LGBTQ or black friendly.
