I've been here twice and I've enjoyed each time. However, I was here with my friend for her birthday and I asked what they do for birthdays. The response was, nothing with a chuckle. But, other an that the place has a good vibe. Thanks Tina for outstanding service.
Awful first experience, just this morning, and we've been wanting to try this spot for awhile now! We waited over 90 minutes (after being quoted 30-35 min) for 4 adults + 2 high chairs, which the hostess misunderstood. I even called ahead and spoke with the same girl, because we had picked this spot for a family brunch (and we don't get to do this often having little ones). People were walking in and sitting down ahead of us. We got a drink from the bar (not a great selection here btw), and we kept having to ask for updates. Staff was NOT apologetic; hostess only made excuses and did not provide solutions. Only because we asked again, now well over an hour, we were told that "there was now 13-top" ahead of us, AND "the owner was closing half of the restaurant off because there were only 3 people working in the kitchen". Are you kidding me with how this place is being run? AND ON A SUNDAY. NO. First and last time there for all four of us. We literally spent half of our morning waiting to eat and enjoy time together due to this lack of organization and service. I do not recommend this spot.
Kolbey is the most attentive and pleasant server at Tula's. He should be management!!!
My service Nicole and Kevin were amazing, the food was great, and the art is beautiful.

Kolby was very attentive and even though working short handed he still managed to bring out our drinks and food as soon as it came it. He showed no signs of stress while being under staffed and provided great customer service. Not every where you can go and get this experience with being shot staffed. Thanks Kolby it greatly appreciated.

Gina provided excellent customer service! She was very attentive and polite. Our food was delicious and everything was fresh.
Yall, the vibes here are just what u need to have great food and company just to chill. Be careful though you will definitely get full. We had the build your own board and it was a lot for just two people.

Great brunch spot! Super cute vibe and the food was phenomenal. Our waitress was so kind and helpful! So so good
My family and I were so excited to come here this Sunday afternoon for Brunch. We had heard such good things as we have family in Springfield. I’ll put this simply. Not Worth It. We were told the wait would be 30 min; 2 minutes later 5-10 minutes from a different host which only tells me that they had no idea how to figure it out. The bathroom was rundown, unclean and a bit.. yucky. I came back to my family seated and excited about the menu items. After waiting 15 minutes to get our order in, I finally ordered “the slutty potatoes” excited about a 15 dollar plate of Potatoes that I was hoping to be as advertised. My family was also hopping to get a proper plate of High Quality brunch food. I received a side of potatoes that had a tablespoon or 2 or very average sausage gravy. My family compared the grits to gruel, the eggs to slop, and the cold coffee to a gas station. After spending over $100.00 on food that couldn’t stand up to Dennys, as disgusting as that restaurant is. After our worst brunch we’ve ever had, the whole family agreed that we should have stopped at the maple street biscuit company which is less than a mile down A1A which would have been a third of the cost and three times better than this failure of a brunch restaurant. We did like the energy and the artwork, and were happy to support local Jax. However.. This place needs something worth eating, and one of our 5 meals were worth even finishing.

It was....just okay to me. I ate all my food but it didn't make me go wow I want to come back here! The chairs were so uncomfortable I could barely focus on my food over how much my rear end hurts. If you have back problems bring a seat cushion haha.

One of the best places to go in Jax.. especially if you are apart of the LGBT community. The food and bottomless mimosas are where it’s at!! And the owner is amazing!!

I love Tulua! The food is great, it’s presented in a fun sharing-style, if you choose, and the vibe is hip and fun. The owners are great community leaders.
