Great pizza!!!! Staff was awesome, and lots of other food options. Thanks for everything!
We ordered 3 pizzas: pepperoni rustica, vegetarian, and margarita. The pepperoni was super delicious. I enjoyed the vegetarian. All the toppings blended well together. The margarita was also really good. Unfortunately, the pepperoni and the margarita seemed like the dough was undercooked. It still tasted really good but you got just a little gooey texture. My vegetarian one was cooked perfectly. Would def come back and maybe ask for an extra minute in the oven.
As always great food, drinks and fantastic service!!
I had the pepperoni and margarita pizza with my family. The pizza isn’t bad but it’s not the best I’ve had. I’d say the pepperoni pizza was a little greasy. The service was good for how busy it was. I think the restaurant is a little too dark it is a little hard to see the menu. Overall if you are looking for pizza in the area it’s pretty decent.
Last night, my wife and I visited V Pizza in Jacksonville, filled with anticipation and hope for a memorable anniversary dinner. The glowing reviews online had painted a picture of warmth, hospitality, and exceptional service—a place where guests are welcomed and cherished. Sadly, our experience was a stark departure from those expectations, leaving us with a sense of profound disappointment and sorrow.
Upon entering, we were met not by a welcoming host, but by an empty entrance. Navigating our way to the counter, we placed our order and received a numbered tag, with the promise that a hostess would soon attend to us at our chosen table. We settled in, eager to celebrate our special evening. However, what followed was a series of small, yet deeply felt, oversights that cast a shadow over our celebration.
When our food arrived, it was placed before us without ceremony. The table still bore the remnants of previous guests—dirty dishes and used silverware remained untouched. No fresh plates or cutlery were offered, nor did anyone inquire if we needed anything further. Throughout our meal, we were left entirely to ourselves. No one checked in to see if the food was to our liking or if we might enjoy a drink to accompany our meal.
What made the experience even more disheartening was the contrast we observed around us. Other tables were attended to with care and attentiveness, their guests engaged by staff in the manner one expects from an establishment that prides itself on hospitality. The disparity was palpable, and it left us feeling invisible and unvalued.
When I gently raised my concerns with the manager, her response was perfunctory and devoid of genuine empathy. There was no attempt to make amends or to reassure us that our experience was an exception rather than the norm. Instead, we were left with the unmistakable impression that our discomfort was of little consequence.
As a couple of South Asian descent, we could not help but reflect on the possibility that our treatment was not merely an unfortunate oversight, but perhaps a reflection of something deeper. While I do not wish to cast aspersions or make unfounded accusations, the sense of being overlooked and unwelcome on such a meaningful occasion was profoundly painful.
Our anniversary, a day meant for joy and togetherness, was marred by an experience that left us feeling diminished and disheartened. I share this not out of malice, but in the hope that V Pizza will reflect on the importance of treating every guest with dignity, respect, and the warmth that hospitality demands. No one should leave a restaurant feeling as we did—unseen, unheard, and unwelcome.
I sincerely hope that sharing our story will encourage greater mindfulness and compassion, so that others may find the celebration and comfort that we so dearly missed.

Quattro Fromaggi Pizza was a banger. Staff was excellent. Watching the kitchen was like watching a really well designed machine running smoothly. Chef fed us meatballs while we waited. Thanks Chef.
