If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars I would, I had a roach crawl on me and the owner was completely inappropriate and rude to me she made me extremely uncomfortable I highly suggest never wasting a single cent in this establishment. McDonald’s would have been better.

I’m very unhappy with what I’ve witness
At this restaurant. This past Thursday I witness what I believe was the manger belittling and deny a worker medical attention.. the girl seemed very disorientated and was crying while the Manager talked down to her and fired her on the spot while she looked like she was going to passed out.... I was uncomfortable and Disgusted . I will take my business elsewhere if that’s how management treat staff….

To the restaurant owner who doesn’t care about her employees, takes their tables, and tips only making 6$ an hour I highly suggest never going, and if you do personally hand the waitress your money because if you don’t, it will be taken.

We never have a bad experience at Vinny’s. This is the beat Italian restaurant in Jacksonville. Family owned, family operated and always fresh homemade food.

Go there for the Protenza pizza!!! This is a great option for Keto/GF pizza!!! The menu actually lists the carbs. Always great flavor and friendly staff!

Waitress was rude, disrespectful, and arrogant and talks back to you in defiance. Who pays for a meal and gets treated like that and then expect a tip. Told the manager on the way out he could care less. Will never go back and neither will my friends or family members.

Really disappointed with Vinny’s. I ordered and paid for extra cheese on my deep dish. I definitely did not receive extra cheese. Not a huge deal but you expect to get what you pay for. Overall I agree with the other commenters on that it taste like frozen pizza. I’m not trying to tell anyone how to run their pizza place but deep dish should be loaded with toppings but here you get thin toppings and 95% bread. Won’t be back and can’t in good conscience recommend this place to others who love good pizza.

Service was great & garlic bread fresh. But the food was not good. No flavor, and tasted like it was pre packaged. Not authentic fresh made. Sadly this is reason parking lot & inside was empty. Service was great though.

Very happy! Good service! FRESH food with great flavors. Definitely not an Olive Garden type of meal. The ice tea was perfect, fresh brewed. Then the Garlic rolls that she brought out came straight from the oven and was definitely made by hand. The salad everything cut that day and crisp Lettuce. I got the protein pizza with pepperoni and fresh garlic. It was not bad for what it was. I will most likely go with the regular dough but if you are wanting pizza but need to stick to low card. They definitely make it taste better than I have had in the past. My partner got the ravioli and it was also Freshly made. The ravioli was freshly made from scratch and had such a wonderful flavor. Nothing felt like it was sitting for hours or days. Everything had been made by a chef not the freezer packets. Definitely coming back to try more of what they have to offer. It's a very laid back place no need to worry about what you are wearing. Great vibes, great food and not loud. The Mon-Friday lunch specials look great and I recommend you at least give it a try.
