This place used to be sooooo bad but the last time I went here (about 6 days ago) it was perfect. I don't know the guys name who was working but he was phenomenal compared to any other employee that has ever worked at this location, or any other for that matter. Everything at the sandwich making station was clean and organized. Great experience!!
Turned the corner to walk in and you have to go threw a cloud of cigeratte smoke from the subway worker. And I had my daughter with me. We wanted the food, not your second hand smoke. Isnt there a back door? Or just not be lazy and walk away from store entrance?

My favorite Subway in Jax. Employees are always so friendly and helpful. Food is typical of any Subway, but the employees make all the difference. Ordering through the app for pick up was very easy and seamless. Worked better than at a couple of other locations who didn’t have my order ready by the projected time. Parking lot needs new painting for lanes and parking places, you take your life into your hands when you drive there.
