Well I was reading the reviews and lots of people are saying that the service is bad but I had a good experience my food was fresh and the ladies were nice also

The staff took our order and we waited 10 minutes (we were the only ones in line) to get our order. As we drove off we checked our order and realized my orser was completely wrong, so we went back through the drive through to fix it. As we pulled into the drive through and explained the situation the lady taking our order told us that we did not tell her our correctly the first time. Which is completely wrong. Then as we got to the window after 30 mintires of waiting she told us to hand her the old bag of food before she could give us the new bag, ad if we were trying to get something for free.... poor customer experience. Get it together Burger king. I will not be back. This place is a waste of your time people.Very incompetent staff.

Very slow. Both the burgers I ordered were wrong. I sat at the window for over 10 mins (after paying) watching 3 or 4 women fumble around with several different bags trying to figure out what went in what, while another kept sneaking off to eat ice cream. Lol

Drove up at 6:03am on July 5, 2025 and the BK was supposed to be open. Someone got on the mic and said they just arrived and needed to cook the food and it would be 30 minutes to an hour before they would sell food. Then say you open at 7am and not 6am if you don’t sell food the first hour you’re open!

Newly opened. They really have it together, finally. They put great effort into providing more than exceptional food and service. You may have to wait a minute, but the food is always fresh, piping hot and delicious.
Busy Bee in Jasper, Florida is hands down one of the best gas station stops I’ve made. The bathrooms were very clean which is such a rare and appreciated find while traveling. The employees were so friendly and pleasant and made the stop feel welcoming. Whether you’re just passing through or need a reliable place to take a break, this Busy Bee is a great choice. I will definitely be back.

Went there today because I was craving a burger and fries ill drive 100 miles next time the employees was cussing and arguing with each other and didnt stop when customers came in the Lil guy at the front desk couldn't hear my order because they was yelling and cussing now it wasnt just the everyday cussing it was bad I will never step foot in that lobby again that was uncalled for they should have been separated or sent home who ever the manager was didnt even step in to make them stop iv never been in a place where the workers acted like that

We've been here 7 times sincce they opened. In our experience the food is always hot and fresh. This location is always friendly. Almost always fast. Only once, we had to wait 10-15 minutes for our food, but when we got the food it was hot and fresh. I definitely recommend this location.

This place is trash they deserve zero stars but ya gotta put atleast one, it takes freakin forever for them too answer the machine seriously it took 15 minutes for them too ask what we wanted disrespectfully, then waiting in the line we waited another 30 minutes too get our cold food, I specifically went inside too see that their was no one inside beyond disappointed too see this disgrace of a “fast food” place.
