We've been here 7 times sincce they opened. In our experience the food is always hot and fresh. This location is always friendly. Almost always fast. Only once, we had to wait 10-15 minutes for our food, but when we got the food it was hot and fresh. I definitely recommend this location.

This place is trash they deserve zero stars but ya gotta put atleast one, it takes freakin forever for them too answer the machine seriously it took 15 minutes for them too ask what we wanted disrespectfully, then waiting in the line we waited another 30 minutes too get our cold food, I specifically went inside too see that their was no one inside beyond disappointed too see this disgrace of a “fast food” place.

Girls with attitudes ignore you like you're not even there hello welcome to Burger King well we're busy but will be right with you as soon as possible nothing just helping drive-thru customers more people inside the dining room then there was in the Drive-Thru not taking in-house orders people in dying leaving restaurant and people in drive through leaving restaurant customer service is very slow and poor. Retrain employees and get bigger staff They can't handle all the traffic in the morning.

We waited 10 minutes in line and no one acknowledged us, and when I asked if they could take our order, a black woman told us that we had to wait 10 minutes for them to take out order. She was rude and nasty, and also said that if we wanted to wait fine, if not we could go. What a nasty people are there working. No education and no customer oriented. Bad place, bad people, bad service.

Ordered a medium whopper MEAL and my boyfriend's food.Told the cashier 3 different times I wanted it as a MEAL. She gave me one drink cup for my boyfriend's order then got on her phone and walked off so I couldn't ask to get it fixed. By the time she came back out, a customer with a lit cigarette was having their order taken. I tried to get back in line but they called my order so I decided I'd fix things there. But when I tried to fix things and get the woman's attention, the customer with the lit cigarette nudged me out of the way and started talking to her like they were best friends. Absolutely disgusting. She didn't say a thing about the cigarette. That's a health code violation. People are allergic to nicotine smoke. What the hell is wrong with this place? The only person at this establishment that has done their job correctly is the sweet man with a mouth full of gold. But we didn't encounter him today unfortunately. Absolutely disgusting experience.

The food was typical Burger King food, but it was warm (once we got it after a long wait). The dining room was dirty, with many of the booths and tables having bits of food or used cups, etc. left on them. During the entire time we were there nobody did any cleaning in the dining area. The service was awful. 20+ minutes to get an order. I've had faster service at a Cracker Barrell and that's a sit down restaurant. There were plenty of employees present, but nobody seemed to be doing much about getting meals out, cleaning, or preparing food in general. Many of them were just standing around talking. Nobody seemed to be in charge. This place needs a manager who will get people to do their work. There were 8 or 9 employees present this evening, when 4 to 5 would be enough to get the work done if things were organized. I'll probably give this place a miss for while until they get their act together.
Restaurant has been renovated and has a great atmosphere, also attached to a busy bee with very clean restrooms

Stopped by here on the way home and was very impressed. Food was fantastic, everything was fresh , staff was very friendly and store looked great. Too bad I live 2 hours away or I'd become a regular!
