I'm 37weeks pregnant and asked my Mother to get me some Cinnabon here. She politely asks if she can get the one that the guy just took out of the oven for a 6pack the guy were rude and so unprofessional told my Mom it will be 20mins before I can get that ready but my Mom told him it's OK she's going out to put gas in the car, then he started saying it's going to cost you more then again idk why but my Mom agreed. But by far this is the ugliest serving of Cinnabon I ever had and he barely put any icing In it and dough is burnt in the sides... Worst service ever from that guy that worked this station today Oct 30th 2024 around 2pm. I'm really disappointed and he put an ugly taste for Cinnabon company who always have the best there is.

Stop at the Pilot to let the dogs out and to grab some drinks. Had to grab a Cinnabon while I was there. And, had to have a coffee to go with the Cinnabon. Employees were nice. Facilities we’re clean. They had self checkout that was actually easy and helpful. Good stop on the way back home for the holidays.

The young lady at the counter was such a good sport when I snatched the bag and I told her she was ruining my diet. Her service was great, and deserves a raise for all that she was doing. The Cinnabons were warm and delightful! I defiantly will stop here again when I travel. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean too.

Not sure why it's so badly reviewed. I had no issue getting service. Was actually helped twice by two different employees. The Cinnamon Roll was kept warm and the extra icing was soft and warm as well. It was all very good! The entire station smells like Cinnamon when you walk in. I stopped in with low expectations but glad I didn't pass by.

Purchase the center of the roll with pecan and icing. It was cold even after the server microwaved it and the dough was thick and dense. It was not hot and fluffy. I only had a few bites, could not finish. So disappointed.
