11:48am on a Friday, I go in and there's someone eating subway in the restaurant. The lights are off. Employees are in the back. An Employee comes to the door and see's me at the counter, says nothing and goes back. I asked the store clerk and she said when the light is off they're closed. The low rating is for the employee who looked at me & left me standing there with no explanation. Subway can have good service in some locations but this isn't one of them.

The service was horrible the food not As good as we used to condiments were covered up so we couldn’t tell if they were fresh or not but mostly the service was horrible. They were very rude. Will not be going to the subway ever again

This store is absolutely terrible, as a driver I get fuel in this area often, every time no matter when this location is constantly out of meats, and cheese, struggles to keep food in stock is an understatement which is baffling for a food chain store.

I'd give 0 stars if I could the lady screws up people's order can barely speak English and takes others people orders in the middle of preparing yours and then completely screws up the entire order. And then doesn't take accountability for it and gets slick not knowing she's lucky my kids was with me. Definitely needs fired.

Lady worker was rude and seemed bothered to do her job. There seems be no sense of urgency to greet and friendly serve the customers. She should find another employment field where customer service is not a requirement.

It was 08.29.24 at 4pm. There was no one behind the counter for 10 minutes, although I called out for someone several times. After I asked at a nearby DQ, they called out. After 5 minutes, a man and a woman came out with disgruntled faces. Very slowly putting on gloves and counting the cash register. There was already a line of about 4 people, but they were in no hurry to go anywhere. I already wanted to leave. After I asked for no onions, the man still wanted to add onions to the sandwich. I repeated without onions, to which the man began to calm me down, saying that it was my fault. I put it on my card not to visit this place.

Cash only, they make you use the atm which charges $6.50 for a transaction. Skimpy potions, sandwich makers has attitudes.
Lady behind the counter on 7/16 at 6pm was rude and was hiding at DQ. She was hoping that we would leave. She then told us that our kids meals would only consist of the Sub. It would cost the same but wouldnt come with a side or drink. I asked if we could get a fountain drink at least but were told no. I pointed out that the menu board said the kids meal comes with a side and drink but she said they were out of those items. She was annoyed that I needed 2 footlongs, a 6 in and 3 kids subs even though there was nobody else in the store. Sorry to ask you to do your job for 10-15 minutes today ma'am.
