Wendy's is my go to over McDonalds. However not to long ago I pulled up and the drive threw in my location is now an operator taking your order. I asked for a #6 and the operator said there was no number 6 and suggested another item. I argued with this operator and a real person finally came on and said they did have a #6 and helped me. Second visit...totally forgetting about the drive threw operator voice. But thought I would give it a second chance. Maybe the kinks were worked out. Ordered a #6, was told they don't have a #6 and suggested another item. I then asked for the Asiago Ranch (which is the #6). Operator said OK, would you like to make that a meal. Uhhh yea that would be the #6! Have not been back since. Maybe when tbey allow real people to take your orders will return.

Food was extremely horrible you could tell the meat was over cooked and had been sitting for a while the fries were extremely cold the inside felt like a ice cream freezer over all extremely disappointed

Soggy fries, literally dripping grease. Chicken sandwich was over cooked, hard as a rock. No lids for the drinks. Nasty.

I’ve been to this Wendy’s multiple times.
I got a salad, there was a bug in it. I got baconator fries, there was a hair in it (was not mine, it was super short). I got a baconator today, and it has 1 piece of bacon on it. The burger alone costs $8, I paid to have more than 1 piece of bacon on it. If you go inside, it’s somehow a million times slower than going through the drive through.
