This was the 2nd time that my husband and I went there. The 1st time was really bad, but everyone deserves a 2nd chance, right? It was even worse this time. We waited an hour before our food came. The food was HORRIBLE. I have never left a restaurant without leaving a tip. Well we did not leave a tip and I don't feel bad about it. We will never go to this place again. It was convenient because it was close by and we didn't feel like traveling. We could've gone to Milton/Pace or Brewton and would've made it home sooner. Absolutely ridiculous. Went home hungry and disgusted. I didn't even get a to-go box to bring home to my dog. He wasn't happy either! Lol. We will never go there again. The building needs renovating too.

It's something different, just a little spot out of the way. We were on the bike swung in and had a few drinks owner is cool he bartenders made us some cool drinks. They had karaoke we sang one song and Food came out but had to box it up and roll out. Didn't feel like we mixed into the crowd was young teenager kids and a few adults maybe was just an off time to go.

I have made it a point to try every little whistle stop on the backroads of every town I am in, my latest is Kooter Browns in Jay Florida.
It was absolutely phenomenal! The menu was excellently done and full of delicious options for every pallet. I chose the French Dip with onion rings and my partner chose the Philly steak and cheese. Both sandwiches were delicious and plentiful of meat cooked just right with that melt in your mouth experience. Served hot and at just the right temperature. The Ajou sauce for the French dip, was thick and flavorful and spiced just perfect. Clearly homemade and not out of a packet. Just right, more consistency of a gravy…. excellent. The onion rings were large and perfectly cooked to a crispness perfect for dipping in their homemade sauce. We chose sweet tea and I never have more than one glass and this time I had two full glasses and took another to go. Not too syrupy sweet and not bitter. Completely balanced and fresh.
The atmosphere, the restaurant was very well maintained and very clean. With at least 10 televisions and Is there a big 75 inch for your sporting pleasure. The servers were very attentive and friendly. I had fresh tea before I had to ask. I didn’t have to wait around for my check and it was very reasonable. I paid 36.00 bucks for everything excluding tip.
I would add photos but I ate it before I thought to take pictures.
Best restaurant in a 60 mile radius of Jay and Pace Florida and East Brewton and Brewton. A great wholesome place worthy of your money, time and family!
