I ordered on line last night 2/10/24 and very simple I simply asked for onions and bell peppers with steak and provolone cheese adding extra meat. I got a steak and cheese with barely any meat no onions no bell peppers so much mayo that it was disgusting I gave my sandwich to my dog and tried multiple times to call the store and they would not pick up. Worst service ever and to top it off this was the second time this happen to me. My suggestion do not use this stores online service. Go there and make sure they are making it right instead of horse playing

Every time I try to use the subway "app" for a special deal... this location does not honor them. Ordered the BOGO deal in the app.. got to the store to pick them up and had to pay full price for both sandwiches.. I really don't mind that much.. except nobody ever told me they do not honor those specials.. be ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️

This store has been completely remodeled and restaffed. It is under new ownership and management so it's not even the same store from a year ago. Highly recommend checking this one out if you're in the area. Friendly staff, fresh bread and veggies, never out of product, clean and cookies made daily! :)

As a Yankee (transplanted), one of the worst sub shops I have eaten at. Customer service, food, preparation, don't know why they put the food in a box, just eating there bread is enough cardboard for me.

All I can say is WOW! That place has made a complete turnaround from cleanliness of the store to friendliness of staff!!! Have not been in there in over a year due to rude, nasty employees and manager, and downright filthiness of the store!! The food is fresh now and bread was soft not hard like last time I went in there and they weren’t out of anything! The new owner’s and management have got that place running as it should and I will definitely be going back!!

AJ or AK, the young girl working 2/13 is the worst of the worst. Someone like that should never been in an industry where she is to interact with people. Rude, Snotty, and plan right no respect. Very disappointed. Hoped the new management would help the little place out, but nothing has changed.

HORRIBLE service!! Very slow and only one person making sandwiches whom is super slow. Another employee came out of the back literally started to ring up the customer then stopped and went back to the back without completing the transaction. So the young man was making sandwiches and ringing up the transaction. Bring the old management PLEASE

A lot cleaner than it use to be but super rude. The lady was yelling at me to speak up while she had the music blaring and was doing too much at once. She also kept getting everything wrong I was telling her. At the end she told me to have a blessed day I guess to make up for the rudeness.

Rude AND incompetent. I asked for a sandwich with ham turkey and mayo. They forgot they mayo??♂️ and let me put more emphasis on the rude specifically the girl working the cash register. Anyways, save yourself sometime and eat someplace else
