Food is good but always slow service. The pricing is weird. If there aren’t deals, then it’s expensive otherwise. And can’t take off fries for pricing on just the sandwich. First place I know to do that. Hit or miss place overall.

It said dine in only for late night drink not bar only and was charged 10 per drink ! Instead of 4 ! Slow service all around food sub par! I had my kids, so I went to the bar and was specific she still charged me 10! Tf I won't be back. DIRTY SILVERWARE AND STICKY Tables

Came on a Thursday night with only a third of the tables full and we had to wait 30 minutes and ask where our waiter was before someone even came to take our drink order. Terrible customer service and host was dismissive and walked away while we were talking to him. They forgot our fry order, and by the time it arrived to our table we had already finished eating and the fries were cold. Also, dry rub doesn’t stick to boneless wings so they tasted plain.

Poor service, had 6 customers in the restaurant, and it took 20 minutes for someone to ask me if I needed help. Fries were old and rubbery,

Usually the food isn’t bad. But today got a buffalo chicken sandwich and it was completely inedible, like it was all muscle and tendon, and then was told I could not get anything else to replace it besides another chicken sandwich. Chose to not get anything else at all. No option for a refund either. Disappointed

Amanda and Justin always goes beyond the service when my friend and I who is on the spectrum to make our experience of getting food ! I appreciate you taking time out to help us and be patient ! If the manager sees this thank you for your staff ! You guys rock I love coming to this location

Great service food was what you would expect from BWW it was good. The all you could eat wings ended up being a good value!

BWW Jensen Beach.....always an excellent choice with great choices for food and drinks and to watch a game or hang out with friends! Great cheerful and friendly service tonight by Justina and other B Dub team members! I Personally enjoy the dry rub options ...lemon pepper and Medium Buffalo! Enjoy a fun evening soon at BWW.

Ms Amanda, our waitress, was very polite and amazing at her job. She always checked up on us and made sure we had everything. The experience was great. All the food tasted great and we loved the trivia. This was my first time there and will definitely be back.

Great service the waitress got my order wrong but promptly fixed it and returned to my table with my food she wasn't wearing a name tag so I cannot mention her unfortunately the food was horrible my boyfriend and I both disliked it it tasted cheap and microwaved
UPDATE ITS NOW 5 years later decided to try them again because I had a gift card tbh I’m surprised they’re even still open like how does a restaurant get worse I asked for 5 flavors of wings got 4 the fries are literally from yesterday we couldn’t even eat them and they only gave me one order of celery and carrots when I ordered 2thank goodness I didn’t spend my own money

Michele was great, she was a great server. She went over and beyond to make sure we were well taking care of. Haven’t had this type of service in a long time . Will definitely visit this location in Jensen beach again just because of her.
