Carpe Diem is a delightful little marketplace with homemade gelato, lovely baked goods, deli meats, and some prepared foods. The service is very friendly and helpful. If you want authentic gelato and baked goods, check out this local store.

This place was amazing! Place definitely for foodies. If you think Subway is a fantastic sandwich shop dont read this, we cant be foodie friends. If you like high quality desserts, sandwiches, and other selections keep reading. :-) If you are visiting Jensen Beach or Stuart, put this place on your list. Carpe Diem is not based on fast. That is, they fresh slice havarti dill, gouda, etc to order for your sandwich. Meats such as the turkey, chicken, bison, alligator, prosciutto, ham, etc are piled very high on homemade bread. 1/2 lb burgers are served on homemade rolls. Empanadas made representing various nations from Venezuela to Mexico (we tried Mexico). Yuca fries are light and crispy and served with a delicious cream sauce. A delicious quinoa salad also available. Price point is great since sandwiches have soooo much meat that you cant possibly be hungry after. Scones!!! Oh my .... so good. We took several home for breakfast Sunday. Glad we did. For anybody who is ever tried to make scones they know that they're fussy little monsters. Scones soooo many times turn out tasting like baking soda. The raspberry scones and the apple cinnamon scones at Carpe Diem are amazing! The little peanut butter cannolis are also to die for! Very tasty and light, grab one. Two might be too rich but one is just right. Tried the chocolate gelato sample --very rich and good. Might need a nap afterwards but oh my it would be worth it going down.... wow it was good. The cream gelato tasted like the cannoli filling but I forgot the name. There was a very nice 5 berry gelato as well that had a great taste to it, tangy and sweet. It was delicious and unique. You can sample all the gelatos. Note---Service is not fast due to fresh prep and fresh slicing of each meat, cheese, etc. But service, is high quality and high quantity for price. If you are in a time crunch, order ahead and pick up to go. Chefs/owners are very helpful.

This is a gem of a place with a huge variety of great food, & great prices. We had a few different fish dinners, delicious, everything freshly made. Definitely must check this place out! A huge shoutout to Chef Leslie & Chef Jesse.... Highly recommended.... we will be back

The food and sandwiches are always made to order and are Super Fresh. They have a great bakery and pastry section as well. Highly recommend if you're in Jensen Beach.

Bakery items including sourdough bread are top notch. Do not pass up the gelato- the one with blood orange/ mango add a scoop of chocolate-mmmmm theee best!!
