There were four people behind counter and two working. Line is super long pace is super slow . Some walked away because it was slow. Looks like manager just sitting down on his cell phone. Third guy moves when he has to.

How does this place even operate. Did not get a receipt for my order only to find out they got my order wrong when they handed me my food. They did not have any coke available or even ketchup. How can a bussiness that serves food not keep up with inventory.

Got (2) 6 inch sandwiches. Both had a single half of tomato on it. Sad pickles. One had lettuce and mayo on only half the sandwich. Not worth it

worst experience of my life. they have no class. first of all i drove 1 hr to eat there and then i get the worst service and food. i ordered a philly cheesesteak sandwich to go and when i got home and i opened the box it was just a box with chicken, onions, and mushrooms…. no bread or toppings i ordered and not even the same meat i ordered. this is very unacceptable. i would not recommend it worst place to go.
ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING… something i had to learn the hard way.

Everyone who has given this place a 1 star, I completely agree with you no exaggeration. No customer service at all, I know it's just fast food, I work retail I know it can be overwhelming at time, but this so called manager Lois has no business working with people. If you don't want to get cursed out don't eat there. I wish her boss would read some of the reviews.

Honestly Lois was probably the rudest employee I’ve ever met. Im not even surprised that I read a few reviews with her name mentioned. The food wasn’t even good and honestly wish I would’ve just gotten a refund and went somewhere else. Get employees that are actually pleasant and nice to customers.

Christmas eve at the food court and this location only had one poor hard working employee! He should be commended for his dedication and hard work! Everyone needs more people like him!

The manager was horrible, trying to explain my order was wrong and the girl was talking under her breath and cursing using the f word. I got my money back and left. I will never eat here again.
