Christmas eve at the food court and this location only had one poor hard working employee! He should be commended for his dedication and hard work! Everyone needs more people like him!
It was our first time trying them. The subs were good, same with the fries. The young lady was very nice. The only complaint is little substance to the sandwich for what they charge. We could get more meat and veggies at other sub places for less money. Not sure if we'll go back.
Ordered there this past Wednesday (8 Feb) afternoon at 2:30. A big fan of Charley's but I don't see them much when I travel for work like I was doing last week.I was greeted warmly and my order was made quickly and correctly. The two staff were great in my opinion. I didn't see any of the issues brought up by the other recent customers. Plenty of the toppings I asked for on my sandwich, banana peppers and jalapenos. I'll stop here again when I'm back next...
