Do not recommend mobile ordering. I placed a mobile order yesterday afternoon, got the message it was ready for pick up. I went to retrieve my order, after being ignored by the manager after I told her my name, about 10 minutes later, an employee handed me my order, it was sitting on the counter the whole time. Why offer the service if it’s too difficult for the employees to complete. 0 for customer service.

I specifically ordered a spicy deluxe meal which comes with fries and a drink. I received no fries as well as the idiot cashier changing the entire order. It comes with paper jack and what kind of cheese did I get? American! She did not ask if I wanted to change the cheese. Please hire people who listen because clearly she doesn't know how.

I always get a large lemonade and large fries and 30 chicken nuggets with 13 Buffalo sauce
Would be zero if I could horrible location and staff. Terrible food quality and they said it was fresh. Took 10 mins to get two chic sandwiches. Staff immature manager was not much more in any maturity level. Do better very sad experience.

This used to be my favorite location because of the curbside. Now curbside has become “drive thru” without an actual drive thru. I don’t know whose idea this was, but it’s not a good one. Some poor employee outside alone in the hot sun taking orders you could just place online. No. And get some Mac n cheese already! I now go to the store down the street because of this and no Mac n cheese. Curbside was a great idea that worked flawlessly. Yes you needed more parking, but mostly because of the electronically challenged that park in curbside pick up then go inside.

Huge mistake opening another location in Jensen Beach. Our kid's don't even like it anymore. We figured they couldn't keep up with the other brands coming down but the food quality and customer service is now the same at all fast food restaurants across the board so why pay the premium here for a meal full of MSG. My pleasure isn't working anymore. Go to Wawa and save yourself the disappointment.
