Jessica is an amazing server. She is attentive, friendly and personable. She engaged with my children and really made the visit. The food was prompt and the steak was well cooked. Chilis has always been a consistent dining option. The food is never bad. It is reasonably priced and everyone can find something they like. Come see Jessica. She’s a stand out. Happy Birthday dude! I hope it is the best one yet!!!

Manager greeted us and came by later to check on us. Was going for burger and fries but our Bartender, Maria offered some suggestions from the menu and I went for the 2 item BBQ with two sides choice. Thanks Maria!! Also had a Shark Margarita that might be sweet compared to their regular margarita but I was happy for the change. Very clean, courteous people and the food came out fast so big shout out to the kitchen staff. Thank you Chili’s Jensen Beach for a great night!

Lazy employees canceled my uber eats delivery on a Friday night at 10:20, while they’re still open to order. And now I have a pending charge on my card. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. I love Chilis but that’s the last time I ever try to get takeout/delivery there.

Last night my wife and I went to the Jensen Beach location only to be met with disdain, lies, and apathy. I have corroborated with your corporate office that the faux polices you told me do not indeed exist. You can, much to my surprise (not really), that you can order chicken fajitas with onions only.

Finally - to the manager I requested, I loathe apathy. Your attitude toward my family with an insincere reply toward by my query followed by walking away is neither polite nor professional.

You can do better. You have in the past.

I had the steak and shrimp fajita here and I was a bit disappointed. The taste was decent, I was just upset at the portion size. I normally go to the one in st lucie west and get the same thing, but for some reason, they didn't give me as much as I normally get. I am not sure which portion size is correct, but I will stick to the slw restaurant. Drinks were good tho and the service at the bar was really good. No other issues.

Wasn't very busy for a Friday night,happy hour ended at 6;00. Thought it was Happy hour all day, menu has changed. Imo less choices & more money. Service was spot on, excellent watermelon drinks & food was plentiful & well prepared.

My food was great .service was not good out server was not attentive at all . My cup was empty for about a half hour. Before she came to check.. and she said my drinks I had are 2 for 1 special but I got charged for both .. I was disappointed I am there every Friday night .. next time I will stick to my favorite server . So disappointing
