Love the ice cream but the customer service lacks, I called to see if they could freeze blast the ice cream so it could stay cold since it was delivery the woman I spoke with in the phone and she was very nice but you could hear her co worker in the background having an attitude and being very nasty she even told her coworker over the phone for me to come to the store instead and that I had to pay for it when it states that it’s free. It’s a shame because I go here with my wife often. I will not be returning

Been here twice. I swore I wouldn't come back after the first horrible visit but here I am, I should have listened to my gut. The older lady employee is extremely rude, has no patience, and honestly shouldn't be working in customer service. I thought she was just having a bad day that day. And I let it go. But NOPE I got her again today with the same sour attitude.
My lil one was even scared to order her own ice cream just by listening to how this lady spoke to the customers before us.
I DO NOT recommend this place.
I'll be taking my ice cream trips elsewhere.

I love visiting ColdStone when I am in the mood for ice cream. I have been going to the Jensen Beach location for years and the employees are always friendly and helpful and the ice cream is always delicious. My favorite is the cake batter remix with cake instead of brownie! So good!

I took my grandchildren there and they love Cold so very nice people that work there. If there was a chance I can give them more than a five star. I would try it out the Jensen one that’s the one I went to.

One star is too generous. I had an absolutely disgusting experience at this Cold Stone Creamery due to one employee’s complete lack of hygiene. While making customer orders, he repeatedly wiped his nose with his hand and never once stopped to wash them. When he got to me, I politely asked him to wash his hands before making my order—especially since gloves weren’t being used. He literally shrugged and ignored my request, then proceeded to try to make my order with the same unwashed hands. I told him “never mind” and walked out.

What’s worse is that other customers saw the same thing, asked him to wash his hands too, and ended up leaving as well. I’m all for supporting local businesses, but this level of disregard for cleanliness and customer health is unacceptable. I will NEVER be returning to this location.

When in today's location, the Janssen beach wanted to purchase an ice cream cake and have Happy Birthday written on the cake. The cashier said he was not allowed to do it. Someone would be in at 5 PM. And that she could do it.We put the cake back in the freezer.And left, they lost the sale because the employee behind the register could not put Happy Birthday on the cake.
All the employees should be able to do this.

It can get a little busy, a couple seats inside and outside. Employees are friendly.

This is a small store, but the employees are kind, patient (if you have kiddos or indecisive adults) and they have great recommendations. They have good classic flavors, new holiday flavors, and some unique flavors. Everyone can find something great to eat. My only complaint is the price for a family of four just 2 love its and 2 like its it’s it was almost $30. Again the staff was awesome and the place was good.

All the employees at this location are FANTASTIC!!!! The ice cream is amazing. Will definitely return!!!

Horrifying service and I’m shocked. I just called to place an order for a birthday cake and the older woman on the phone answered very aggressively. She answered saying “HELLOOO??!” Nothing else just screaming hello, so I said “I’m sorry can you hear me” and she proceeded to be very rude saying “yes hello” so I said is there an problem I just wanted to call and place an order for a birthday cake in a week, she said “do it online” I said am I not allowed to place that order on the phone, she then throws the phone on the counter and yells for another crew member to come on the phone meanwhile I can hear her yelling to others in the store how stupid I am for calling in to order a cake when I can just “do it online” the next crew member that answers the phone is just as rude and unprofessional so I proceeded with just telling them I don’t want to order with this location anymore and I hung up. I have never been treated so poorly unprovoked. I did nothing to these employees and they seem to lack professionalism. The day of the phone call was November 7, 2024 around 5:17pm. I’m sure nothing will be done about this anyways so who cares to even write a review these days.

Both of the young kids working were very nice and sweet, they made our ice cream for 5 people, it was delicious. But the old woman was rude and very aggressive, didn't give us any time to choose anything. Will not go again if she is there. Would have given a perfect score if it was not for her.

Absolute worst customer service ive ever experienced. I was shocked how bad it was the first time going here, figured I’d give them a second chance and it was even worse. Employees don’t even acknowledge you walking in. Both times I went up to the counter and they just stared at me and didn’t say a word. I proceeded to just tell them what I want and never heard a single word out of their mouths the whole time. Will never go back here.

I usually take my son here every time we go to the beach. I try to have something different every time and I've never been disappointed yet! The staff are extremely friendly and the ice cream is top notch!
