Very good experience. Rose was very kind and friendly. The ice cream was pretty good, just a little expensive.

I was there today around 3 or 4 pm the tattooed girl was so rude, she acted like we were bothering her just by being there, then the other girl that jumped in and waited on.the others in my party was the same way. If you hate your job that much please find another one. Overpriced and expect a tip for rude service! I will never be back.

i had went here 25 mins before close time and the two girls had already locked the door and refused to open the door so i can make a purchase i really wanted the boo batter too smh

This place changes their hours of operations so often it will give you whiplash and they also do not update it here on Google. To make the situation worse I walked into the store at 8:55 and was told they were closed even though their new hours clearly said 9. I understand wanting to close up and go home but if I made it in before you close with more then enough time for them to make me two desserts I should still be served.

Ordered I've Gotta Have it! Groom an unhappy worker at over $10. Unmixed ice cream just did go to the rim- not like the picture. 1 tablespoon of each almonds and heathbar and less than a pint of coffee ice cream. I remember why I haven't been there in over a year and I was the only one in the store. Unfriendly, over priced and underwhelmed.

My daughter requested cold stone for a treat after getting some stitches. Our ice cream was very yummy and the staff was pretty nice. The prices were a little high but for an occasional treat it is alright. Kids love all the ice cream flavors and mix ins.

Love the ice cream but the customer service lacks, I called to see if they could freeze blast the ice cream so it could stay cold since it was delivery the woman I spoke with in the phone and she was very nice but you could hear her co worker in the background having an attitude and being very nasty she even told her coworker over the phone for me to come to the store instead and that I had to pay for it when it states that it’s free. It’s a shame because I go here with my wife often. I will not be returning

Been here twice. I swore I wouldn't come back after the first horrible visit but here I am, I should have listened to my gut. The older lady employee is extremely rude, has no patience, and honestly shouldn't be working in customer service. I thought she was just having a bad day that day. And I let it go. But NOPE I got her again today with the same sour attitude.
My lil one was even scared to order her own ice cream just by listening to how this lady spoke to the customers before us.
I DO NOT recommend this place.
I'll be taking my ice cream trips elsewhere.

I love visiting ColdStone when I am in the mood for ice cream. I have been going to the Jensen Beach location for years and the employees are always friendly and helpful and the ice cream is always delicious. My favorite is the cake batter remix with cake instead of brownie! So good!

I took my grandchildren there and they love Cold so very nice people that work there. If there was a chance I can give them more than a five star. I would try it out the Jensen one that’s the one I went to.

One star is too generous. I had an absolutely disgusting experience at this Cold Stone Creamery due to one employee’s complete lack of hygiene. While making customer orders, he repeatedly wiped his nose with his hand and never once stopped to wash them. When he got to me, I politely asked him to wash his hands before making my order—especially since gloves weren’t being used. He literally shrugged and ignored my request, then proceeded to try to make my order with the same unwashed hands. I told him “never mind” and walked out.

What’s worse is that other customers saw the same thing, asked him to wash his hands too, and ended up leaving as well. I’m all for supporting local businesses, but this level of disregard for cleanliness and customer health is unacceptable. I will NEVER be returning to this location.

When in today's location, the Janssen beach wanted to purchase an ice cream cake and have Happy Birthday written on the cake. The cashier said he was not allowed to do it. Someone would be in at 5 PM. And that she could do it.We put the cake back in the freezer.And left, they lost the sale because the employee behind the register could not put Happy Birthday on the cake.
All the employees should be able to do this.

It can get a little busy, a couple seats inside and outside. Employees are friendly.

This is a small store, but the employees are kind, patient (if you have kiddos or indecisive adults) and they have great recommendations. They have good classic flavors, new holiday flavors, and some unique flavors. Everyone can find something great to eat. My only complaint is the price for a family of four just 2 love its and 2 like its it’s it was almost $30. Again the staff was awesome and the place was good.
