Conchy Joe's Seafood

I booked a reservation with Open Table for 6:30pm. When I arrived i was told that they had reservation for 5:30 and when i didn't show up they canceled the reservation. They seated us upstairs in front of a band playing. People started to come in to listen to the band and drink. They were all seated at tables around us. The food arrived and the Fish was dry and barely warm. The restaurant now has a bar atmosphere and the great restaurant is no longer. We didn't get an apology for the reservation confusion. Customer Service is not a priority. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants.

Food was awesome; service was great; can't beat the atmosphere and water view! Can't wait to go back!

We received a friendly greeting upon our arrival. We were seated immediately. Our server Gabby was very helpful and efficient and made several suggestions to the menu also. Food was delicious. We enjoyed the conch fritters, snapper sandwich, salad and Mahi tacos. We will return soon!

We were there for brunch, and it was fantastic. It was raining outside but we were dry in the new Tiki Hut. Food was superb and the service was on point. I love the corn bread and banana bread brought to the table upon being seated.

Such a nuce, old fashion Fllrida restayrant in the water. So much fun. Waitress was excelkent and veey gappy with the dood.

Once again. I don't think it matters if you make a reservation you always have to wait I had a reservation for 6:45 it was around 7;30 when I got my table after being ignored and forgotten. Need more attentive hostess. My server Jacob was great. And the bartender not remembering his name but very attentive and caring.

The shrimp tacos were the best I ever had. The service was outstanding and the music was great!

Sat at the bar at first…. The bar was great as well as the service spent over $100 at the bar and then I cashed out and went to sit outside by the water so was a terrible mistake the worst service out by the water no one ever came waited thirty minutes before I went inside to get the manager shortly a waiter came out got our order never saw him again. Food came out no extra plates, napkins or silverware. Every time I needed something I had to pretty much go inside to find a manager.

We came for dinner and sat outside by the water. The view was beautiful, and the seafood was fresh and flavorful. I had the grouper sandwich, and my husband ordered oysters. Both were excellent. The live music made the night even better.

Worse seafood i have ever ate steamed shrimp still had its sand vein which also made me disgusted..will not be back...conch Joe's do better please
