Enjoyed my breakfast at Cracker Barrel. My husband and I both had the eggs and pancakes, which are always very consistent and filling. We always stop by while in town.

When you ask 2 people to give you crayons for your child, and no one ever comes back for them. And the child kept asking them for them. That's really poor service. Then when we left the lady at the checkout said wait I'll get you something and she gives my kid.Three packs of crayons and nothing to use to use the crayons with and my kid ended up coloring the back seat of my car, not very happy with that either. The crayons were a little bit too late at that point. Then she had crayons and no coloring book makes no sense.

Cracker Barrel is a reliable classic for a reason. It's pure comfort from the moment you see the rocking chairs on the front porch. The food is consistent, homestyle goodness—whether you're getting pancakes for dinner or their delicious country fried steak. The hashbrown casserole is a must-order side! I love browsing the old country store while waiting for a table; it's filled with nostalgic candy and unique gifts. The service is always friendly and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. It's the perfect stop for a hearty, no-fuss meal.

I ordered beans and greens. I could tell immediately they were old. The bathroom was almost as bad as a nasty old single use gas station bathroom. The smell hit me as soon as I walked in. It smelled like nursing home. Very dirty with grime everywhere.

The hashbrown casserole did not taste the same and the texture was different. You could tell the staff received training on how to handle customer questions about the new menus. We were told it was the fall menu. Does that mean they will have a different one for each season going forward? Glad things for the most part will stay the same and the employees will not have to suffer due to misguided decisions made by the CEO.

The food quality is terrible because Cracker Barrel serves frozen food that is sometimes microwaved. They do not cook their food from scratch. It takes too much time ! ! !
