Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

All about it, had the new campfire beef and it was phenomenal. I was shocked that I got such an elevated meal at Cracker Barrel it really was delicious. Our waitress was not only incredibly attentive, she was extremely sweet and made the experience very pleasant. Not only was the dining experience perfect, but the experience in the checkout area was just as amazing. Cracker Barrel is definitely doing something right

Big disappointment today. Pancakes were under the light too long before being delivered. Hash browns were under cooked.

Update 5/25/25: Entered the store to a horrendous smell that was like a public bathroom....Always great servers here but the food has gone down hill....better breakfast spots out there for sure.

Dinner was delicious and the service great. This is the better location our area. Shopped as well. Love the store.

Jensen Beach location has the sweetest employees. Their so cordial always asking if meal is good, more coffee, informing me of upcoming sales in their shop.
The food is always well prepared & hot. Service is always spot on, & it's a delight to eat there.

The service at this has gone downhill. We used to come 4 to 5 times a week and now maybe 2 to 3 times a month. Trying to place a order over the phone has become a real problem. almost all ways they get the order wrong. l complained to a lady manager about the service and said I wasn't sure I would come back. She became very rude and said whatever you want to do and walked away from me. If I were in charge I would have fried her on the spot for talking to one of my customers like that. Also the biscuits were like bricks.

We had the ham dinner for 4-6 people. We had 5 people and it was delicious and had left overs too. The apple pie was incredible. Thank you

Found hair and eggshell in my eggs absolutely disgusting. Waitress had the order re-cooked manager never came out to the table to apologize not acceptable.

This was my French toast breakfast. I told my waitress that this is not French toast. This should have never been brought to my table. Raw eggs on bread. They took it off my bill and I got to watch my husband eat on our only day we get to spend together. I also asked it this should be 4 pieces of bread not two? No answer. When I went to pay for my husband meal I showed the manager behind the counter this picture and she said nope that's not French toast. We are definitely not returning. I think it's time for CB to start training their cooks better and their waitresses to look at the food before it is served.

I tried going to dinner today but ended up leaving here is the reason why. We got there around 5:45 put our orders in .. around 5:30 the manager comes out and let us know they were out of one of the items we ordered so we changed it... Now it is almost 7 pm when the waitress ask if we want some more bread... WE NEVER GOT ANY! She apologized and said she was going to check on the food. She comes back and says the sandwich has been ready (in my mind I think it must have been ready about 20 minutes after I ordered) but the second dish is not ready yet . We left.. second miss for us.. not going back.
