1st time weve eaten a burger here it was delicious. Our order was taken right away & it was served to us in 10 mins. The table was freshly wiped & the place was spotless.
Went through the drive up. Ordered a Double Butter Burger with all the fixings. Made a cheese change at the pay window which was easy and greeted with a big smile and a willingness to make the change. Added a large chocolate shake. The Burger was hot, juicy and delicious 😋, the shake was extra thick as to almost molasses a straw. Still think they could make the chocolate flavor a little better. But was still enjoyable.

The food was top notch, I get a bacon mushroom cheddar burger, adapted from their mushroom Swiss burger, but I don't like Swiss cheese so I swap it for cheddar. They're cheese curds are excellent. And although I'm not the biggest fan of crinkle cut fries, they make it good and crispy outside and fluffy on the inside. And you can get a cup of their Wisconsin cheddar cheese sauce to dunk your fries in too! Does cost extra though

genuinely one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had, my previous order and today’s was curbside and i’ve waited 20+ minutes all for them to make me feel stupid for parking in the numbered spot they told me to go to rather than the side of the building, today my order wasn’t “transmitted” and the lady at the window had a nasty attitude. fix ur system and the rude workers you have lol.

I love their seasonal shakes. Also the service is fast for having it cooked on the spot. Customer service has always been wonderful, with a warm smile and genuine kindness. It's pretty clean inside including the bathrooms.
