I placed an order tonight for 7:15 curbside pick up. I get there around 7:20 and was waiting for 30 mins for them to bring my order out. Other cars that were parked for curbside after me got their food. Finally I went in to see what was going on, my order was sitting on the pick up shelf. When I finally got it, my food was cold. Very disappointed.

I typically love Culver’s never a problem but the customer service is lacking I had easily ordered a meal and was supposed to get cheese curds for my side but was accidentally rung up fries and that what came out when I asked for my original side I had ordered I was met with “well you only have one cheese curd on your order” and was met with attitude when the dining room runner had to grab other sauces and etc. for our table and the young lady on the register wasn’t very communicative either in reading back the order to avoid the issue

We always "eat in" when we stop here as we love their fish meals. The food is excellent and the service is usually very good and always accompanied by a smile but the condiments such as ketchup often run empty and having seen the inside of the sweet tea urn one evening as the lid was not properly replaced have put me off urn tea for life it was that bad.
Great burgers, great food, great customer service.
Parking: Good parking over all. If you dine in and park your car you need to be aware of the drive through. It goes along with the parking. Be careful if you have small kids.
Kid-friendliness: Great prices on burgers for the kids.
This Culver’s is horrible compared to the one in tradition! First of all they gave me two different buns on a sandwich which were both two different sizes… like cmon you didn’t even try and then they mixed up my cheese curds for chili cheese fries… it’s like they didn’t care or even try. Really dissatisfied and disappointed.

First and last time we eat here. Burgers are really greasy and chicken was too tough to bite into. Fries were "ok". Fried cheese curds were about only thing worth money there. The guy who brought us out our food was awesome though.

I usually fill out the tellculvers survey to get my free scoop of ice cream, but I wanted to come on Google not just to commend 1 of your employees, but each and every employee, this place was already the best Culver's location I've ever eaten at, and then your employees took it to the next level with their kindness and empathy. I have been homeless for a year and a half, and I work across the parking lot at Publix and come almost every day for lunch. Today I ordered to go, and while I was waiting for my food one of the guys walked up and handed me a couple of free value basket coupons. It's no secret that I'm homeless, and your employees decided to step up and do this on their own, I was so thankful and impressed with their empathy, that was extremely heart warming as I am normally the guy getting kicked out and judged for being homeless. People can be so self absorbed and judgemental it makes me sick. It was extremely refreshing for me what the employees at this store did, and I applaud you guys for being the best Culver's location there is! Craig would be very proud. Thankyou!
